I've had this app for about 9 months. It works about 1 in 10 times. It always stalls after entering the correct password and security question, then eventually goes back to the login page. Absolutely terrible.

Another Pixel 4 XL fail. I'd sure like to "Like" this app, but judging from other reviews it appears that it has some serious issues with Google phones. I can easily log onto my Valic acct from the PC, but all this all does is close as soon as I enter the PW. Hope it gets fixed.

So this looks like it replaced the Valic app that wasnt updated in 3 years. Huge improvement overnight with the latest update. So far so good and much better than the old Valic app. No longer having zero balances and planning section is now working. Looking forward to seeing what new changes keep coming.

You would really think as big as this company is supposed to be that there online service would be friendly and actually work without locking up on you. It should be easier to lookup your account. Plus have someone available to help access your account if needed. To bad I didn't find this out beforehand.

This app is garbage. It doesn't offer much functionality other than viewing your accounts. Everything else is clunky and difficult to do. Now it's "generic ticket error" every time I try to login. Update needed badly.

Weird errors after initial sign in when getting second auth screen (why is this even necessary after setting up biometric login?). Biggest problem is that it has little to no actual functionality/purpose. I wish it offered statements, at least. Uninstalling.

I like the app but I am giving it 1 star because it forces me to use 2 factor authentication every time i log in on my phone. Having to get an email or text for another password every time I look in is unnecessary and overkill. My banking and credit card apps don't even require this.

Every time I try and log in I get an error message even though my username and passwords are correct. Eventually I get locked out and have to wait, then change passwords. Absolutely terrible app.

Oh great. A new app overwritten/installed overnight without any notification. When I sign in, it now says I have a zero balance. A bit disconcerting. Please fix.

Barely loads the homepage on a regular basis the 2nd tab even less and the 3rd tab not at all. It just spins and spins and spins. This is even more frustrating because I just started an AIG account through my employer.

Absolutely garbage when viewed on a phone, does not show any important information, cant even see how many shares you have! Every time this is updated it gets worse and worse, seriously thinking of moving my money to another provider! I call AIG and they tell me to look at a computer, I tell them I dont have a personal computer I use my smart phone for everything, they say well just call and we can give you the info. So you have to wait an hour to get simple info! 😡🤬

Does not accept user name or password like website does. When I called customer support they said the app can be downloaded from the website but couldn't tell me how to do it. The app doesn't work and there is no help.

Currently on pixel XL 4 and cannot get past the login screen. The entire app crashes after hitting login

Crashes every time I log in. Seriously, between the app and the website AIG has the WORST software experience of any financial firm. Pick just about any other company and you will get a better experience.

Using correct creditenials & can't even login. Crashes everytime. Useless. I have a google pixel 4.

receive message that app doesn't support jailbroken devices ehen attempting to open. I have a stock android one phone. jailbroken is referring to apple products. terrible port of an iphone app.

Says password incorrect. The log in using your phone browser is the only option. This app is worthless.

Will not load on my pixel 4xl. It will run with no problems on my pixel 3 xl. Fix this app
