Bad... keeps crashing and doesn't work on certain time of the day

It keeps crashing when I've tried to open it. I've Uninstalled it and reinstalled it a couple times and it just doesn't work on my phone. Works fine on my tablet just not the phone. Edit: My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A11

March 22, 2022 Having major issues with this app. Tried to update to new app. Wouldn't work. So I deleted my app and reinstalled it. Now I can't even open it. I use this app a lot on my phone, and I want it fixed. Jacqueline Kidd

Haven't been able to access my account for hours. This isn't the first time it's done this either..

A little slow at times. Very basic. Need more details on the checks, rather than just the check number. Scanned checks would be nice.

Unable to complete the latest update on my Samsung. Now the app will not launch. Tried deleting and reinstalling, no luck. The app won't install now. Please fix! Fyi, I have plenty of space and memory.

One star only because zero isn't an option. The security questions after every transaction are a bit much. I already answered those when I logged in. Is it really necessary to harass me with those when I've already proven my identity? I will stick to the website.

With lobbies closed and the whole COVID situation, I like that I can do a lot of my banking online. With the mobile app, I can bank anywhere, not just from home.

I recently updated the app and can no longer open it, it closes automatically.

had been working great but for the past week or so i haven't been able to transfers unless i go to vccu atm
