Doesn't actually track on the map or show the schedule. If a stop is closed, it doesn't notify you. How do you suppose I should find out something is out of order and isn't working? Things like can can screw someone's entire routine. Messages on the app don't even display fully so you can't even see what they say. Don't make an app if you can't make it work.
It's nice if you need to buy a quick pass. Do not use if you are trying to track your bus as they just embed their website in the app which causes it to run slow. The bus tracker isn't accurate They don't have any of the delays or closed bus stops in the open so you have to go digging for them which in my opinion is dumb. If you are running late and get to a bus stop it might be closed. Its thrown a wrench in my day more than once. I would give the app one star but the bus drivers are nice.
You can buy tickets on it. That it does. It does not do anything else well though. Bus schedules aren't on the app, it's a link to another site. Even though google maps keeps track of bus schedules. The actual bus app does not. Seeing where your bus is? Not on the app. It's a link to another site. Separate from the schedule as well. Nothing is properly integrated together. I would say the people who designed this app failed. But it's more like they didn't even try to begin with.
Everything is good and simple except the real time locator. Is hard to understand and never does what its suppose to. Put it back to the way it was before the app
Good for buying passes, great to not deal with cash. Only small issue is the schedules and maps and bus tracker can be a little slow since they just embed the website.
Quick and easy way to purchase bus pass! Buy> Activate Ticket> Show Driver> Head to your destination! It's really that simple!
This app doesn't allow disabled people and senior citizen to buy reduced price bus passes. That's discrimination.
Awesome!! Please put "where is my bus" on the main menu.
still can't figure out how to get from A to B easily using app
No option to buy disabled passes.
Much better than it once was
Lets you purchase & hold some types of fares/passes for Boise's ValleyRide by credit card any time you need them. Fantastic! It'd be nice to have a way to buy & send passes to others, especially a parent being able to buy/send to a middle-school student. For directions use Google Maps' "transit" button. This ticketing app includes a link to a "Where's My Bus?" map but it can be very tricky to use, it's can't route you, and not all route chnage alerts are there (some are on the website instead, no rhyme or reason I can see to which is where.) I'd prefer to see all the realtime info in Google Maps, Apple Maps, etc, so I can plan & monitor my trip in one tool, with visuals properly designed for the phone rather than a desktop computer. RouteMatch seems to be clueless in terms of scenarios that are meaningful to people that need to get somewhere, design that meets needs... it's not model trains, we need to get places!
