SECURITY FEATURES
• Valley Credit Union Mobile Banking is protected with SSL encryption, the same security protection used when logging into online banking from a web browser on a computer.
• Password and security questions are required to login.
• Inactivity time-out period.
SECURITY RECOMMENDATIONS
• If your mobile device becomes lost or stolen, you can quickly deactivate access to your account by logging into online banking using a computer and changing your password. You may also contact Valley Credit Union during normal business hours at (503) 364-7999 to change your password or restrict access to your account.
• Do not download applications from untrusted sources. Criminals use infected documents and applications to spread their malware and compromise victims’ smartphones. Never open an attachment or download an application from a person or website that you don’t know or unsure about.
REQUIREMENTS
You must be a current Valley Credit Union member and be signed up for access to Online Banking. Before you can begin paying bills with your mobile device, you must be a registered user of Valley Credit Union’s Online Bill Pay program. To sign up for Online Banking and/or Online Bill Pay, visit www.vhpecu.org using a web browser or call us at (503) 364-7999. While Valley Credit Union’s Mobile Banking App is free, you mobile provider may assess text messaging and/or web access charges.

This app has something wrong with mobile check deposit. It won't let me take a picture of a check and deposit. Shouldn't be available if it doesn't work. I had an old phone it didnt work on, and now I have a brand new galaxy s7 and it still doesn't work. A update to fix would be much appreciated.
Its good I like how I can filter in a search transaction if only it can also tell me what's pending cuz in order to look i hafta switch to the website and that is the only thing I switch on website is to check what's pending
Cannot take pictures of checks on devices with inverted sensors with outdated API. Developer needs to update this ASAP!
Fails to find internet connection in start. Useless.
Comes up with an error and doesn't plot ATM locations. Used to work fine. Stopped working on wife's phone too.

This mobile banking app is so convenient. I’ve always been able to access Valley’s website on my phone, but this is so master faster and easier to navigate. I can quickly log on to check my balance and make a transfer or payment and then go on spending my money.
Hard to download but once you get it your on your journey forward. Love the staff.
