I've also have problems with the updated application, I have to enter a security code each time I long on. The code they send goes to your spam box. I also figured out I had the cookies to clear automatically. I changed that and I'm having better luck with the application. I really liked the past version better.

This is the worst banking app I've ever had. When it works it works fine but half the time I can't even log in because the network isn't available and i know its not my phone because every other app works! Fix it! It's so annoying trying to check my bank account and I can't even get into the homepage. If I could I would give you no stars but I guess that's not an option!

It's damn near impossible accessing your account and info. Constant network errors that won't let you pass the log in screen. The only positive thing about the app is once you're in, managing your money, credit card or any loan you have is all right there and can be paid quick and easy. But good luck trying to get into your account and check your funds because 85 percent of the time you can't even get in.

Okay VFCU........the latest update slowed most of us down, or completely made your app useless. As for me, load time has tripled, and at times won't load my account info at all. Whater you did in the last update.....kill it and go back to prior formating. Many of us depend on your app to do daily business, transfers, check balances, deposits, etc. Fix this!!!

Doesn't even work half the time. it just spins and spins when you try to log in. When it does work, it's a four star app. But it's my bank, so I need it to work all the time. Very frustrating and one of the reasons why I am working with Valley First less and less.

In this day and age of "technology" it baffles me that these people cant figure out how to create an updated ap that works for ALL Android users!! The ap crashes instantly, so frustrating!! It's been months since I've been able to do my banking online. Ridiculous!!

until recently this has been a decent app for me. only 2 downsides I want to Express. frequent updates that seems to do nothing and when the updates (like the current one of dec 2018) dont work, it constantly crashes

I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall this app, almost every use. It is an extremely annoying process to check my bank account, move money around, or look up a recent purchase.

Just needs some work with the search bar in transactions. When I put the name of a business, or amount, it doesn't bring up the correct results. Other than that, I love the app!!!

Recent update requires an access code that never gets sent to me. Recently changed phone numbers so cant send it via text, and the email request option never arrives. Great ecperience so far :/

Mobile deposits require very high resolution camera (my inexpensive phone with Android 9 won't cut it). Still cannot print or save estatements, I still have to use the website for that.

Terrible App In the past month I have only got it to open successfully once. I have not been able to view my balance or pay my credit card because the app is completely unusable.

Ever since the update I can't open the app. I can't pay my credit card bill or transfer funds there is always a issue with this app one day it works next it doesn't. Does the app really need a update every week???

One of the recent updates messed up the deposit check option. The picture of the check is so stretched that it's unreadable.

Useless. Had to reinstall multiple times and once I was finally able to login there is no option for mobile deposit anymore. That is the only reason to have a mobile app.

Worthless app never works! Need a new bank this one 😩😫! If i could give it negative stars I would give it -2 stars. Can never log on. Might as well keep my money in a shoe box under my bed!

Worst app ever. Unable to make mobil deposit; you have to write almost a paragraph after endorsing, then they want to blame the customer instead of this awful app. Looking for another Credit Union

The "deposit a check" section almost never deposits my checks. Takes multiple times to press submit for it to even go through. Always says all 4 corners of check isnt in view but I make sure it is

if i could i would it a "0" star. can't ever log in. It says "loading" forever. im really tired of it. I know if they dont fix the problem, I'm switching banks where i can see my account online.

the app used to be awesome! but the last update has made it useless...I can't even log in! it just acts like it is loading...forever....please fix this!

The latest update for the app made it impossible to open. was so happy with the bank and the app aswell but now im dissatisfied.

Can't access mobile app due to latest updates. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app still with negative results. Not happy.

i hate not being able to access my bank account at all so often. you guys seem to always be doing updates that completely halt my ability to use my bank

this app is junk, doesn't work half the time. thinking about switching banks because of it.

Routine crashes, hanging during log in, and other assorted mishaps. Developers should be fired.

It's okay. User interface isnt amazing, but it's not terrible. It's what you would expect an app to be from a local credit union.

I have not been able to log in to the app for the past month. I deleted the app, and reloaded it. I was then able to log in, but only one time.
