Works when it wants to. Can't input text when sending or recieving e transfers which makes it a dud for that. Also there are way to many steps to receive transfers. Other than that it's okay.
Needs to be updated. Used to be really good but it's so so slow now... Also the amount that appears in quick view is always exactly what is in your account.
Works well. Most is easy to use/understand. Overall, great. Not bogged down with adds popping all over your screen.
Cannot deposit cheques. The main reason I downloaded this app was to deposit cheques from home during this COVID lockdown. It won't take pictures. The photo button simply returns me to the phone home screen.
Issues with E-transfer, when trying to open the app from a transfer it says to download the latest version... which I have, meaning I have to sign in and do it online rather than accept through the app
I love the app but if there is a little bit of writing over the amount of money it won't deposit it even though the amount of money being deposited is also written out.
Good for checking bank accounts amd transfers. Definitely basic app but hey. Gets the bills paid so no complaints
Sometimes it takes forever to load and sometimes it just won't load at all so I can't even log in

Very slow, and the deposit feature doesn't work.
On my Samsung A71 the photo button to take a picture of check is at the same place as the home button for the phone.
Its so slow no mater what device or internet conection/data the app i slow.

The app is great except for one awful oversight. When depositing cheques, the camera button is at the very bottom of my screen. Directly underneath the "home" button on my Google Pixel phone. This means it is impossible to deposit cheques as each time I try, I am redirected to my phone's home screen.
