App rarely works/shows any information at night in the evenings, late night, or early mornings. Some of us need to actually access our balances, transactions, or make deposits/transfers 24/7, not just during bankers hours. I know it's possible to do it because sometimes it works all night long or most of the night, other times it just loads and loads then either quits or gives an account information error or something along those lines. It happens way to often (almost daily) to be "maintenance"
Very smooth UI, great functionality, easy navigation; just a nice little app. No errors! WOW! I think this is the only time I can remember having an app that doesn't screw up, EVER. Other devs should follow suit. Very well done Valley!
It's great other than there are some flaws. Sometimes I cant get into my account and sometimes I'm able to transfer money and then I can't. It's very irritating but overall is a good app and the banking is great love the experience every time I drop by. Everyone has a smile on their face and it brightens your day
Terrible app. Only works sometimes. Notifications for balances are horrifying. Don't recommend relying on it. Edit: well the app works a little better than it did but calling did not resolve my initial issues. Luckily once I made changes from the website rather than the mobile app, my issues were resolved at that time..
I've had this app on my phone for as long as I have been banking here. It has worked exceptionally well except for the last week and a half. I go to get on and it tells me there is an application error so I can't see any of my acct info. I can get into my acct, I just can see any info. I've called 3-4 times. With the most recent being today. I've uninstalled the app. Reinstalled the app. Uninstalled the app. Restarted my phone. Installed the app and still no luck. I just want to check my acct.
A fantastic way to take care of your quick banking needs. It doesn't have all the options of the website, but the website doesn't have all of the options or personality of going into the branch either. Thank you Valley for making it so I can get my small banking needs done while I'm on the run until I can make it in to see your helpful faces again.
finger print scanner is no longer working on my phone for this app was very disappointed. bill pay won't allow me to scroll up. Overall a very easy app to use making paying bills and managing money quicker and less of a headache.
Love it! Only occasionally not available. Used it for years and never had any issues with mistakes.Still no issues Valley is a great bank!
Just opened up my account almost 2 months ago and so far my experience has been nothing but excellent. Love having access to my account through my device.
App isn't automatically linked to my other accounts. Makes it a bit more difficult that I have to go to the bank to have it setup that way.
Works great, easy to navigate even for a tech disabled person like me. Makes my bill paying and account reconciliation chores simple and painless!!
Great app! Perfect for all my banking needs. Can easily switch to and transfer between my business and personal account. Recommend for anyone using Valley that wants to do online banking!
Great app. However I wish it would show where your transactions came from on your credit card. Kinda like it does when you use your debit card.
Positive experience with Valley. Especially, the Heights branch. The people are great and Christy Zander has been a blessing! Professional, personable and has always assisted us in all areas she's truly a blessing!
I like the app easy to use but I hate the constant need to change the pass word and it always has to be more letters more numbers than before if I wanted to change my password I will don't make me do it
Great app. Haven't had any issues. Can do literally everything I need to on this app. Really like the fact that I can deposit a check and not have to go into a valley branch.
Havent been able to transfer for 3 days. Crashes too often. Get someone who knows how to build an app like this and pay them to do so
I use this app only to deposit checks and check the ballances on my accounts. It is very easy to use for that purpose. Haven't tried anything else yet.
Very user friendly, however recently the fingerprint ID was removed and now back to manuel password input. No explanation given on site as to why
About to drop the bank just because of the app. Mobile depositing checks is nightmare and I have to log In twice ever time I want to get into the app
The app is fine. I dont like how you have to have different logins for your shared accounts. Diesnt make sense and it's a pain.
This app is giving me nothing but trouble since I started f****** using it 3 years ago and every single time I try to login it always gives me invalid credentials y'all need to fix your f****** app
love being able to do everything from here with out having to run to bank all the time. saves a lot of time.
It's a typical banking app. My low star rating is because consistently the app does not function properly when depositing via the mobile check deposit. It works great sometimes and on some checks. On others you will spend 30 min. Taking pics that the app (with auto on or off) will not except. Using black background, frankly any background will not work. In the process you can look at the pic and "accept" and the app puts a red x-through the picture preventing the upload. Using Android and 🍏.
