No fare nor time estimation until you order and apparently you can't cancel afterwards or communicate in any way... So frustrating and leads to awkward mistakes. Also the app seems to lag or get unresponsive

This app doesn't work at all. The GPS doesn't work, the estimate is always off by up to half an hour, the taxi sometimes hasn't even received an order even if it shows up on the app, you can't cancel an ordered taxi that hasn't shown up and the price is way higher than other apps. Don't use this app. It's a scam.

Was not able to activate app. App opens browser and which shows error page can not access session storage. Fail. Do not waste your time with this app.

Doesn't work anymore. Also it leaked my phone number to scammer in hours, so don't give it any information. Used to be great app.

Always loses the internet connection at some point and cannot recover. Active development of this app appears to have stopped.

This is a joke compared to Uber app. Cars don't show up on the, you cannot track it. You actually have to pay for the app sneakily

We have been waiting for ages, 1h and no taxi. Change the system, it was actually faster to walk 1h back home

Can't understand why you make an app like this with a map, when it is impossible to order a taxi to a road on the map that doesn't have a written adress.

When I first downloaded it, everything was working fine. Then problems with GPS started, it wasn't able to find anything. And just when it looked like that got finally fixed, it stopped working altogether. Just goes round on an endless loop searching for a car, even though it says that search time is one minute and vehicle availability is good. Don't know if this has something to do with Taxi Helsinki leaving the service, but I've had to download their app and start using that, because it works. Very disappointing. Edit: As I already stated, the current problems started just as the GPS problem got fixed somewhat. The app getting stuck in a loop of 'looking for a car' happens once the order is in progress and has nothing to do with whether the address has been entered manually or located by GPS. Just today I tried to use the app again - estimated search time 1min 10sec, it said, but was still searching after five minutes, at which point I switched to the taxi Helsinki app, which was able to find me a cab in 30 seconds. Pity, as it was a handy and useful app.

Used to like this. I was a repeat customer, maybe around 20 times. Lately this has turned into unreliable service. Once prebooked taxi was 25min late in the morning when going to airport, and today prebooked taxi took another customer. No way to call them or contact any way. Causing disasters!

You guys fixed it for Oreo! Good job!

Unusable: crashes conveniently just AFTER sending SMS verification. Other than that it seems that user cannot pay the ride with the app and probably even can't tell where the taxi should go. Pretty much EPIC FAIL as an application.

Great idea, but the lack of adding payment details really bothers me. Taxify and Uber apps are far superior. Also, already twice another taxi has shown up to my door, hours after the initial taxi order. And both times the taxi arrived when ordered, but the app malfunctioned, and for some reason sent new rides, hours later. Pissed off drivers. Like it's my fault the app doesn't work properly.

Worked with experia Z2 but not with galaxy J5.

In taxify I can give my credit card number so it will save some time. Valopilkku works in 160 towns in Finland.

Easy to use, allows simple msg to driver; shows ETA and taxi on map for pickup.

Taxi came quite fast. I didn't get confirmation about the order though so driver had to call me.

Saves money shame you can't put your name on a text but best app ever

When booking ride with pre-order, it's unclear what is the status of order. I mean is the ride coming on time or not.

This app has "literally" saved me countless times and I've recommended it to many of my friends and family.. thank you for making this app. Keep it up!

There was an error in activating the service

Simple & easy. Thats all. Ûber good!

Ordered cab through the app, waited ten minutes while it was "searching for a car" and saying the average wait time was 50 seconds. Didn't find anything, walked to stop and got a car in 2 minutes. Useless app/service.

Completely useless in the capital region due to Lähitaksi and Taksi Helsinki having much better offerings.
