Dont get me wrong it's a good game and I'm not complaining about the game play, it's more about the app itself I'm playing on a Samsung galaxy S8+ and yet when I look at the map its zoomed out as far as it can and I cant zoom it in no matter what I try. I cant ever find anybody even if type in the coordinates my map just shows up blank.

Way too long and too much spent for the programmers not to be able to get their heads out of their a sses and write a operating system that works with android. If you have a android try the game vikings or anything else. To the current owners of the game "really" 2 different times the new release to fix valor/android issues and still nothing come on fire someone including yourself sell the game because your doing it a injustice by owning it.

Downloaded after reading the reviews but haven't got to play. It keeps crashing before it even loads. Can't really rate a game I can't play 😫

This is a fantastic game, no bones about it. The problems lie with the app itself, not the gameplay. When I enter a new world, it works great until I leave the game and then come back and try to re-enter the world, at which point I get the error message "We are updating Valor for you", etc. This is nice, but I doubt they are still updating, as I have been getting this error for 4 days in a row now, regardless of when I try to play. Please fix this, I really love this game.

On the moment there is nothing but problems. Not being able to login. Disappearing gold. Weird name changes. Suddenly account changed. Writing to support doesn't do anything. It is a fun game when it works, but I think they put more effort in the ios version then on the Android one

Crashes as soon as it has been opened on a Galaxy Note 3, Android 6.0.1 even after reinstalling and clearing cache/data. There is no support, app has not been updated since 2015. The developers sold the game to another company that refuses to work on Valor so the players will shift to Game of War to make more money.

This app was perhaps one of the best strategy games. I changed my rating from 5 to 1 as i couldn't go lower. Support is now non existent. They do not care about customer satisfaction. No response regarding bugs. No updates that work. Personally i will never download or spend any money again, on any app associated with machine zone. Pathetic and deserves a negative star rating system.

Since the game is in the hands of a new company the game has done nothing but gotten worse and customer service is non existent. If you would have asked me a few years ago I would have said a great game but sadly not anymore. DO NOT WAIST YOU TIME. If you have spent money on this game I would fight to get it back, game does not work properly nor do all functions work.

I've loved playing valor for a while now, but I have some issues with the game. One, I can't abandon the old world, or even a new one on my Android device. At that, start over doesn't work either, stating the action is not available. Second, which is actually why I've rated three stars instead of five, is that it seems the developers have abandoned the game, being very nearly a year since the last update and fix. I still enjoy and play, but would like to see something fixed at least. As an update, I can no longer update/add an e-mail, which makes it impossible to use the forum in my own guild. If support, bug fixes, and the e-mail problem get fixed, I'll give five stars again.

Great game. But account transfers and minor crashes brings it down, especially during team based focus play. And can't register a new account, and world's close slowly. Ben is working hard to fix this stuff, though

Playing on an android device had its issues but since upgrading to my Samsung Note 4, the game is almost unplayable. The map is so tiny it's hard to make out anything when you get something selected. It takes a lot of attempts to select anything. I've been lucky and got it on the first attempt buy it usually takes between 15-30 attempts before I get the city I want selected as the map jumps around when you try and select your city

They will nver fix driod bugs. Anyone that gives this game a 5 star rated is paid to or an idiot. The game has gone downhill since Quark took over. Go back to Playmesh's format and update android, bc its years behind apple. Go kick rocks quark!

I cannot believe there is no option to hide or protect your troops from a money player coming in and wiping you out. This game is horrible if you aren't going to spend any money. The interface is very glitchy and there was no way to log out when done playing. You hammer the back button and then go into your app tray and force close it. This developer needs to get their act together.

I remember playing Valor religiously in highschool. Decided to try it again and the game has really gone downhill.... app is slow and glitches. Music continues to play even when I close the app. App crashes all the time. No customer support. Not sure if it's because due to devs not caring or just a crap Android version but i never had this problem on Apple 2 years ago. I'm on a Nexus 6p for those wondering.

Moved to the note 4 now not able to select cities on the map also map is zoomed out and not able to zoom in to see cities. If it's fixed it will go back to a 5 star rating. As of Nov 2015 now I am not able to get into world's I can join a new world bt if I close out the app I can not get back into the game. Have tried to reinstall 2 times still not working.nov 9th 2015 able to select cities and able to log in.

I've played this game for many years. It's undergone many changes, and now with the most recent, I must say. It's not worth playing anymore. The new owners inhibit gameplay, making it an unfair game. They have taken sides and cheated maximizing cities progress beyond possible size limitations for some and have gone so far as to revert players progress to beginner status for others. When questioned, we're told the owners don't need to justify themselves. Please check it out, and come to your own conclusions.. But be careful.

I have played this game for years and always loved it but the last several months the support has gone to hell. They don't close world's bugs are becoming out of hand and it's almost impossible to transfer accounts.

There are issues with the map, when I select the cities it does like a twitch and doesn't give you the cords or say what player owns the place. I've asked a friend and they seem to be experiencing the same issue. Please fix this for the note 4 users.

So I tried this AGAIN after a while. Joined a new world and bought the queue extender (game isn't playable without). Then to finish the very first quest I had to change my name. Normally this is free the first time, but it remembered I had played before used my old name already: I had to pay 50 coins… ok, so I BUY coins for 10 euro and spend the 2 euro worth of coins to change my name. Next I want to change the name of my first city… Seems not possible… Perhaps I MUST register my e-mail address? I try, but it won't let me because that e-mail address "is already in use"… I try to transfer the account that is linked to my email instead, but it warns me that it will REPLACE the current account (losing my coins?) so I hesitate. After this I can no longer login. I contact support, but get a message back that they are closed, for the weekend… Since it is crucial that you work hard every minute from the start of a world in this game.. I finish the account transfer. Indeed.. the coins are lost. Or not really because I registered the account with the bought coins first on a different email. But at least I can login again. I try to transfer back, wont let me, now cant login on either..

I've been playing for at least 3 years. Great game... When it's running smoothly. Lately support has been dropping the ball so hard, the ball is now a disc. Waiting weeks for a new world to open, and months for the winner to be decided.... Much as I love the game, I may be forced to delete it soon, since this is becoming a crappy experience.
