Absolutely the worst mobile app I have ever used. Looks like a bunch of grammar school Children created this app. I don't like the fact that Value Bank has you going through third party companies for anything associated with my banking business just throws up red flags everywhere. A very difficult mobile app to use and it don't work properly, theres too much information you have to guess whats happening and then you still can't get signed in and with the on-line desktop version as well. It rejects your log-in repeatedly even when you know the log-in information is absolutely correct.
Not much info. It's not as bad as their website at least, which is AWFUL.
why the hell cant a take a screen shot of my own damn bank account?! and can yall at least give names of the stores the card(s) have been used at??
Everytime I log in it says log in again session expired. I haven't logged in months. Please fix this issue, I have told the bank about this issue. I'm ready to switch banks. 08/23/16 I just Uninstalled it and still get the same thing. Log in session expired. Please fix this issue.

Works good. Just wish balance didn't show with overdraft coverage. But, if that's how your system works it's alright. Maybe an update in the future?
Works great. Transfers, balances, bill paying. Over all great app. Small banks better than those big time guys.
It needs to show true balance. I don't like that it only shows available balance with overdraft protection. Ridiculous! Just as easy and more accurate to use real site!
Would be a bit easier to use if authentication could be stored and not so cumbersome.

Will not allow to log in. Tells me log in expired. Fix this pleaze. Too many sa same thing then there is A problem somewhere
