Worthless. The exact same interface, functionality, and info as their website. I was hoping I could log in and see how many rides I had left on a ten-ride pass, but there's not even a login option. I was also hoping to get a quick view of schedule (since you need to enter in purchse info just to see schedule on the website) but nope, it's the same slow user-aggravating experience. Van Galder really wasted their resources building this app.
I'm really trying to figure out what the other user's who have given the app a bad review actually need? It's a clear and easy app to use for purchasing tickets simple as that. They do have a customer service number as well for any info not provided by the app... THE APP IS AWESOME AND DOES WHAT IT'S DESIGNED TO DO...
Not working. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. You can a white screen, that's it.
This app doesn't allow you to look at the schedule before starting the purchase process
Garbage app is just a wrapper for their website. It even kept the link to install the app on the web page inside the app... If you're going to do such a lazy job, why bother?

I have been riding with Coach for year and have always been pleased with their service.

I was offered to download the app after purchasing tickets. The app is simply the website, no option to see my account or orders at all. Not worth using in my opinion.
