Can't see a thing at all on the all. Unable to book. Bad user interface. Worse app ever. I wouldn't even rate it 1 star Please fix it as I am unable to book any appointments cos nothing can be seen on the screen for the appointment dates
Tried to login can't even type properly keep moving the word that you keyed infront. The store that I purchased from ask me to ignore the terms and condition then after that when I went back for 2nd session told me it's not what's in the terms and condition. Won't use this app again.
The latest update doesn't work with wifi. It needs mobile data most of the time to display any info. And it also keeps stopping and shows an error message.
After clicking on the service from the store that I want to purchase, the screen blanked. ?? Pls fix whatever bugs the app is experiencing. I could not book any service at all
I downloaded the app just to give it a try and have been hooked onto it ever since. It works really well and is super convenient. I haven't really faced any issues so far.I definitely recommend it.
App is not working. Unable to choose the treatments I want. Despite switching back and forth from wifi to data its still not working! Pls fix it !
Very poor app. Dysfunctional. Total waste of time. Doesn't search, can't book, locks up constantly.
Was working well before. Have been trying for the past 2 weeks, kept crashing. Updated to latest version, still keeps crashing. Practically unusable now. Please do something about it asap.
After many rounds of updates, the app is still buggy as ever, with frequent crashes and blank screens on the app :(
This app is not too bad! Worth the try, and have many services to choose from :) went down to De Ardor and service was great, painless eyelashes extensions too. Also they give free care kit :)
Trashier than before. No change. Just close it down for good to prevent customer scams. Totally trashy app
Just great! Downloaded this app to book an appointment for my wife as a surprise, it's really user friendly and get the job done without any issue. Great job!
do not use app if you are a busy person who might plan to reschedule appointment. there is no avenue to change appt which only only via vaniday hotline. and the hotline is not manned even on 10am on a working weekday
seems the feedback given is not taken seriously. app has been crashing for the longest time n no remedy todate. gd job vaniday. uninstalling.

Cannot select card brand
Tried multiple times to add my phone number but failed and hence can't make any bookings. There is no help number or contact in the app as well. There are many interesting salons featured on the app that give good discounts and hence am very much looking forward to get my phone number verified.
