I booked this deal online for keratin treatment. Customer service scheduled an appointment 2 days prior and I was happy. I received confirmation sms and they even called me to confirm it on the day of appointment. Later when I reached the outlet denied the service saying I had no booking. It took me an hour to connect to customer care. When I finally got connected customer service tells me that there is no such booking. So unbelievable! They first book it and then deny. What is more surprising is that they haven't shared order id anywhere in sms or email and they are asking me to provide screenshot while placing order. As if I expected this to happen. I am definitely going to escalate this issue.
I don't know if it's the recent update. But I'm not able to book appointments anymore since I am unable to add address. Everytime I get a message saying State must be valid. And there is not option to change the State value.
The service is horrible - there is no point booking an appointment with them. They will call when th appointment is scheduled to tell you it is not possible. But when it comes to collecting their money they will not leave your house till they confirm it from the remote team. Ridiculous customer service and operations. Do not use their services - while they are cheaper than the rest you are in for a nightmare of an experience.
I booked an appointment for facial, pedi, eyebrows and waxing package. The woman who arrived had no knowledge about anything. She completely ruined my face by giving two different shapes to eyebrows đ and completed facial with 15 to 20 minutes and forgot to use products while pedi. Now, I complaint to their customer care and wrote to their email id. But no help was provided. Disgusting app. It doesn't even deserve one star.
I wish i could give negative rating to them. Sadly that option is not available. Vlcc vanity cube is definitely not something you should try. They have amateur beauticians. Not trained at all. Cleanliness zero, bad product quality, unhygienic. The beautician did not know basic waxing. Worst experience ever. Luckily seeing her service I decided to not get my eyebrows done. Happy that I took that decision. I would recommend not to get carried away by their discounted packages.
Disgusting app, Everytime i try to place a booking it says they are full, even if i try to book 2weeks in advance it says they are full. And if ever a booking slot is available, n i try to book, it shows that booking is failed but i do receive a msg saying the booking is done n it also reflects in my active booking section. So i am not sure what the exact status is
horrid. its a technical nightmare and don't be surprised if your money if paid online, is debited from your account and u do not get any services for it. They do not even have the courtesy to respond or resolve it for you. not at all user friendly.
I booked a service in mumbai, for which i got a confirmation AND the money was deducted from my account. On the day of the appointment, when i called their helpline number to ask why the stylist was running late, they tell me they have discontinued services. Terrible customer service, still awaiting my refund.
app interface is ok but better to call for booking appointments. Anju, the beautician who came for services today was very good. she knew her work and was quick in finishing the services on time. would prefer to invite her for future appointments.
Booked a Haircut. It was a nice experience while i was catching up with a match. easy and convenient.
worst experience ever. i booked an appointment of 1pm, the beautician arrived at 3pm. she didnt even know how to wax. she bruised my hands. totally messed up my eye brows. this not expected from you vlcc... the beautician only had 2 months of experience. u shud train them better!!!! screwed my face for atleast a month!
Pathetic App . I have a account in this app and have taken services and continuously get msgs for offers but evry other day when i try to.login sometimes it says number not registered sometimes it says no service in uĆ area . There are so many bugs in this app.
Terrible app. Doesn't proceed from checkout, bad user interface. Not sure about the services as I was not able to make a booking.
i have booked an appointment for my sister last month service was fantastic.. she was sooo happy with the services very professional and well trained staff. but i am disappointed with customer care team very rude.. you guys need to work on it

The worst app that can be! You will scratch your heads and pull your hair out, but you would still not be able to figure out what to do with the app!
I booked package for myself.. Wch includes waxing cleanup threading... the service provided by Mamta chowghule ... she was just amazing..lovely experience.. I just loved the service given by her.... would really recommend this app...

worst experience ever..i booked the appointment 3 days in advance and these ppl cancelled the appointment on very last minute.. i am dur to travel overseas the next day. this is how these ppl provide you worst service.. on top of it their app has multiple bugs, it doesn't allow to add address in 1 go, their chatbot isn't available on all screens.. you watsapp them then they add the address in app from backend and book you appointment in backend which is reflected on app later on.
