Vans Family

The app itself is fairly easy to navigate, but there needs to be more ways to earn points on the app. On my first day I got 2000 points, but after I completed all the earning options I never got any other chances to earn points. It's been over a month and I haven't been able to earn anymore points because the app just doesn't give you anything to do in order to earn. They should update the app with a few ways to earn points at least once a week.

3rd time writing this same review, which is somehow deleted: Constantly have issues receiving points for watching the videos they post. They have recently updated the app and I can't even use it now. The app tells me that I have to update it when it's already been updated. Won't do anything except take me to the Google Play store page. Literally can't use the app until they fix this!

Loved the app until this new update, now it doesn't work at all. Literally can't get past the "It's time for something new" screen despite having downloaded and installed the new version multiple times. Super lame!

Cool app and I like the idea of bein able to get certain "prizes" looks like a bad loyalty program but still nice. My only big concern is idk why you have to get an "in store code" if you have the points you should be able to ship the "reward" to you. It's stupid I live 2 hours away from a vans store and don't plan on driving there anytime soon so this app in turn is just a waste of time

I can't hardly ever spend my points on rewards because you always have to go to the store most of the time. You should be able to have everything shipped to your house. Right know the app won't even let me look at it. It says to update app, but it's already updated. Fix the bugs.

Great app it works well for me. I signed up just too get points for purchasing stuff from vans. Not long after the company sent me a new pair of shoes for free as a surprise. Good rewards for points, good app, great company.

I have been extremely pleased with this app and all the features that it is used for. I open the app to check my balance and I am no longer able to access. I now have an update screen and when I click on the update now button, it takes me to Google Play but since Ive already updated the app(and uninstalled and reinstalled) I have no way to update and no way to access the contents of the app.

Very happy with the app. Had a few bumps, but they were worked out with the awesome help from vans associates. But, when they do have updates, it's hard to get everything to work.

This app is absolute garbage! It never works, you can't ever access your account. It will work for a few days then stop working for months. Then try using their website and it just constantly loops back to signing up. Hard to believe such a large company has such a poor system.

Love that I can get points for shopping. My main issue is there isn't a whole lot to choose from in the "store". Prizes are neat, but for a lot of people who don't live close to a store it makes it hard to use any points.

Vans is the best place I know to get the freshes gear with zipper pockets, extra hideaway pockets, and the baddest throwbacks as far as design and originality. Love the limited edition factor as well as the all out just customer service. Thanks for being here for people like me Vans. -HD

App just says it needs updated and loops you back to the play store. Unbelievable. I was interested in getting multiple pairs of shoes, yet there's always a problem. Guess I'm buying Etnies.

The app is easy to get around on. But I am disappointed but that there is no option to buy anything through the app. That's what I was really downloading it for. I don't have any issues logging in like others have but I just got the app so I wouldn't expect it to happen. I am probably just going to delete it after this because it's not what I was expecting.

For almost over 40 years,Vans have been integral part of my life. When they created the Vans Family app, I signed up right away with high expectations due to a lifetime w/ my favorite shoe brand. However, I've been less than thrilled with it in the entirety this far. For a shoe company w/ deep roots in the history of skateboarding, I've yet to redeem my "earned"points on anything they've offered that had anything to do w/ the extreme sports that MADE Vans what they are today. Dog Bowls? Really?

1. Perfect 2. This last update won't let me into the app. It has a bar that says to update even though it's been updated...uninstalled and then updated again. Still not getting anywhere.

Little to no ways to earn points anymore. I check daily. Also, half the rewards are in store only at Vans stores. I don't have Vans stores near me. I only have other retailers that sell Vans. Been gathering points for a long time to get the blanket that seemingly is never coming back. Disappointed.

Overall the app is easy to navigate. I do wish that when there are no available points to earn the "earn" section wouldn't be visible.

Easy to use, awesome rewards. I love vans, and spend quite a bit on them. So to get free water bottles and duffle bags and so much more is super nice.

I really like this app. You redeem points for stuff like exclusive Vans merch or win cool prizes. If you buy it wear Vans, you should have this app. Super easy to use.

I love this app.. especially how you can take the quizzes and surveys for points to redeem for prizes without ever having to spend a penny.

Iuv it because I buy Vans sneaker once a year and they are comfortable plus the app is sweet! If you earn some points you get a free Accessories or enter to win a free gift card or get a free customize sneakers its amazing!!!

This makes no sense.. I was literally just trying to order shoes but then it turned into redemption points? Like what. There isn't even a search bar

I feel truly welcomed, beyond that, truly appreciated. I am a long time brand supporter, they are showing love for fans of the brand. They treat us like Family. Amazing app. You can't go wrong, if you wanna stay fresh, and stand out. This is the place to get your gear. I love the opportunity to be different.

This app is terrible. It keeps logging me out then saying it doesn't recognize my email or password. I should have like 4,000 points but I keep having to restart it. Don't get it.

The latest update has apparently broken the app. It keeps prompting me to update when I just did. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling which didn't work.

Being a Vans family member is a great perk. This app is Uber glitchy! It kicks you out often then tells you your password is incorrect. I'm locked out of my Vans account and can't get back in. Vans is my favorite brand. They give back more then any other brand I know.

Pretty good so far, load time for each screen kinda slow but app is straight forward and easy to use

Even before installing the app, I was earning points thru the website. Now, with the app, it recognized me and automatically organized all my stuff (Van's related).

Probably the best points/reward system out there. Sick videos, crazy contests, and awesome rewards you can earn from buying great quality sneaks and clothing from VANS. I couldn't live without The Family.

Had to wait a long time for reset password email. Other than that really like having vans app.
