It is my favourite app for shopping rewards; but I'm also considering to switch to some other app. Lately, I have noticed that the product categories eligible for vantage points have reduced, thereby reducing my rewards. In some cases I need to follow up for the points. Also, the eligible products keep changes every month. It's had to keep track and a lot of time is spent behind it.
Fake offers and no vantage points for the orders placed. According to them, headphones are the computer appliance and not an electronic item and hence no vantage points. Also if we contact them to let them know that a certain coupon is not working, their response is like we don't know, go and check with that provider. No respect nor the manners to talk to the customer at all.
Not able to login to the app. After entering email ID and password in Spendsmart, it redirects to the vantage circle internally but it becomes a white blank screen and nothing happens
I ordered 4 time via app my order got tracked but no vantage points added. Today I bought a water purifier it got tracked but I didn't recieve any message or notification. Worst experience just making fool to users i will definitely call this out to my organization. There support team never respond i always feel they have 1-2 people in company running this app. Worst worst experience
This app used to be really good around 2 years back. Now, none of the redirections are tracked. Its just waste of time trying to get help from the helpdesk as they just give a standard reply saying you would have not selected the right options. Whereas before they used to try to check and help and even credit points which were missing. Really disappointed with it now.
My experience with vantage circle has been good. However, there àre many products within the directed websites that are not eligible for the offer. It's very difficult for the user to check and validate if the particular product is eligible for points or not. Also, the order tracking mechanism needs to be improved. Though the order is tracked, I hardly receive any messages confirming it (especially for websites other than Amazon and Flipkart).
There are no gift cards for apps like amazon, flipkart, firstcry, urban company. Updated: The gift card from Amazon and flipkart appeared after the feedback. So updated my feedback. If apps like first cry and 1 mg can also tie with vantage then it will be great
App just says something went wrong everywhere - every screen. App only approach sucks, websites are better. The developers and the management should be fired immediately.
The worst app. Gift voucher won't come to email and it won't open in the app as well. Help support is the most useful option

I am currently unable to redeem flipkart gift cards. I am not seeing that option anymore which was there until Friday. Not sure if it is temporary issue or not.
The amazon and flipkart are removed from vintage????? This will be thr worst thing happening coz vintage points are useless without this apps what would we do now?
I've used this app 5 times to order from Amazon/Flipkart and every time there was some issue. Only once they heard to my support issue raised. But other than that every time they gave me the same repetitive excuses that they weren't able to track my order. If the app isn't able to connect with merchant site or track orders efficiently then it should better start working on fixing this issues rather than making their customers harass on checking the app every other day to check the point status
A great platform with exciting benefits and corporate deals, the vantage points are also credited without any delays. And can be redeemed easily. UI is intuitive and user friendly. Customer support is quick and responsive. I do recommend it. Do give it a try.
Changed phone and now not able to login in the app.. Also from prior experience, they just deduct the points without notifications.. No prior hand notification given to customers about the points expiry, it gets deducted immediately. Also, when done the transactions from their app they simply have common reply that transactions not tracked.. they don't have any mechanism to see into the issue or the executives don't want to have that pain of going and understanding the issue..
BEWARE: Do not make the mistake of getting lured by the high returns. Initially you would test with low value, then higher transactions and hope for good rewards. I made a Rs.40,000 purchase lately, after which I got this response: "We regret to inform that we are unable to find your transaction details listed in the reports available to us from the merchant site. It seems that your transaction has not been tracked for the Vantage Points because of any of the below reasons: 1. Item already added to the shopping cart from before you have the redirection from our platform. 2. Web browser cookies are not enabled. 3. If you visit any other coupon or price comparison website 4. If the landing page (after the redirection) and the order completion page is not loaded properly. We appreciate your kind understanding in this regard." This is not the first time they have mentioned this silly reason. In the past I have faced this several times, and I fail to learn. Another example - my purchase of Rs.13,000 cycle from Amazon was given lesser points than mentioned on their chart. Reason stated was the product classification by Amazon is different, when one can see it is classified as a bicycle. The reasons for cheating you will come in many forms; and I have decided to quit. Believe me, you will find them giving you points quickly initially, but once you start making big transactions they get greedy and start cheating. It was my mistake to trust these cheaters, as it was recommended by my organization. I will highlight the unethical practices of Vantage Circle to them as well.
Cheaters! They will stop giving points after some days after initial happiness and when reaching out to support, they asks for bills and dispatch details referencing to look again some reports on which they give points. For me it's multiple bookings/purchase, where points were not given for months; one can understand missing 1-2 invoices but not missing all from 2-3 months. Overall unfair business etiquette..
User friendly app with great offers in it. The customer support representative is providing help in a way which is very easy for the user to understand and follow the steps provided by the support team..I would really recommend this app to all of you...thanks vantage!!!!
Awful... Interface is rubbish, none of the options are clear and the actual reward system makes no sence especially since theres no obvious way of finding out how to get any reward points etc... Update 2 seconds after posting the original version of this review the app wont even load the perks page at all
Great App Such an awesome rewarding app. The best that is available out there. I have been using it for more than 8 years now. Apart from few glitches during some transactions it works perfect.
In a way it's useless. You get registered using you work mail ID. And the voucher details are sent to that ID. So if you are off work, and don't have access to you mail, you can't use the voucher. Which is absolutely useless. The voucher details aren't even shown in the app. Then what's the point of using it?
Pros -A good app to get good cashbacks and offers. -Cashbacks at most of the ecommerce sites. -Cashbacks at most of the products including grocery from amazon pantry and flipkart -Very good customer service Cons -Ordering using the app is bit tiresome as you have to add products to cart only after going to the site from the app. Any existing product in cart won't be eligible. -Tracking doesn't work sometimes.
Scamsters earning brokerage on your spends. They only give very small part of actual commission they get for we using their referal links. Then they debit points for return orders which was not at all tracked and never credited points for it. They ask your personal details like invoices which they should nt ask for
Editing this review post developer response. Why working in weekends just give best customer experience for 5 working days and take break for 2 days. As a customer I will wait for working days to get good response but won't wait for hours to get delayed response in weekends. Will give you 5 stars if 5 of my next orders are tracked and if the products are eligible.
Its really a good app with the offers , corporate discounts and cashback points, the points are credited without any delays. If issue persist the customer support will handle it so nicely and in very fast and friendly manner.
App is ok but have deceiving points credit system. Points will be credit less than the offer and customer care support also talk around the bush and in last give useless explanation for less points or no point credit to account without concrete explanation. Other apps like coupondunia, cashkaro have better offers.

This is my favourite app to make online purchase. It is giving reward points depending upon the category of the product and I am happy with it. Customer support also good and quickly responsive. A good platform with more benefits and deals. UI is good and I can redeem points quickly and it is easy.
