It says that this app is no longer supported. I uninstalled and searched for vantage west, then re-installed, SAME PROBLEM !!!!! IT HAS BEEN 7 DAYS NOW. WHY CAN'T YOU FIX IT !!!
Being unable to transfer my funds between accounts every evening after work is a terrible way for this app to work. I need to be able to transfer funds when I want to. not when the app decides.
Nearly impossible to make a mobile deposit because the picture taking and verification is so finicky, and then it says to verify the endorsement but shows the front image of the check to verify it? SERIOUSLY?? UNBELIEVABLE!!
Easy to use and pay bills and loans with this same CU. Before i had to drop payments in the box. Not anymore. Very convenient.
The application works well to review accounts and the basics. I have several hard times depositing checks though in which it cant recognized typed numbers.
Great for management of savings and checking account, and also has more features that i havent used. Simple to use.
The app is great. Except when making deposits. You have to be quick or it logs you out.
They have made changes to the app for depositing checks. It takes much longer and doesn't work as well.
No longer supported? mmmokay. won't let me log on, gives me an error saying to download their new app instead - but i can't find it.
This app is the WORST thing Vantage West Credit Union could have done. I am able to view other peoples account and they can view mine. It is NOT USER FRIENDLY.
Easy to use. Many options if you want to set budgets. Mobile deposit is my favorite.
App will not always open. I have app downloaded and I need to reload it everytime I need it.
this app stinks!! constantly Lock's you out, password is never correct, no matter how many times you change password

It was working yesterday, but now it doesnt. Says to download new version, but I cant because it doesnt show anything. What the heck?
I had to retake picture for depost 3 times because the system was unable to read my name or the amount.
It worked last night, but now I get a message saying it is no longer supported and to download the new version. So, where is the new version?

Our family has found this app to be a Time saver, convenient, fast and safe! We miss our tellers at the branch, but I'm sure they have plenty of other tasks to keep them busy!
