WTH?! omg. this site is wack. i can log in. it wont let me post. says failed email confirmation. wont let me confirm it. there are like 15 notifications i have in the inbox. they not even mine. list of smok articles from 2016. i have never been on an app that drives me crazy. uninstalled it. AGAIN. So completely frustrating. support is horrible. aaaaaaaahhhhhh!

The app won't allow me to create an account it has sent 3 different verification codes (which NONE of them worked), but when I would input the code but it kept telling me it was an "Invalid code" and there's NO information or a way to contact customer service to get assistance in getting this situation solved. It's a worthless app to go with a worthless product! If I could give it a negative 5 stars I would

Only used this to connect to my smok II. I hated the smok II, it never put out the correct voltage. The temp buttons got stuck. The wire connecting the buttons came off, I had to disassemble and resolder. Buy hey... At least the app connected via Bluetooth.

Couldn't connect vape mod. Sideloaded an old version from when it was Smok Smart BEC and my mod then connected. Try unistalling Vaping Tour version or else Smart BEC fails to install, which is because they are just different versions. Had to let the app connect the bluetooth and not connect from phone settings.

just get rid of the app if your going to take away all the features, app never worked properly anyway and the OTA UPDATES ARE A COMPLETE LIE. is anyone actually going to download this to socialize? there's absolutely no customer support. I loved the smok products but super cheap quality and lack of support and literal lies about the product, never supporting smok again

So before I even opened the app I read the description, and from what I read it is very hard to trust this product at the current moment where there was a misspell in the update sector of the description. It was a little head scratching, not saying anything bad just pointing out factual information.

I would love to use this app but I can't register. When I try to sign up and fill the information it needs it tells me that the format of my username is incorrect. I tried many things nothing worked. I don't know what else it wants from me. Will change the review after it's fixed so I can actually use the app.

Very disappointing experience. The scanner was able to register Code A, but it did not do so well on Code B :( I tried with two different phones to make sure it wasn't the camera that was acting up! Please Fix

I got the same username format error everyone is talking about the first time. All you have to do is take out any capital letters and it works fine. Literally took 5 minutes to create an account and register my vape. I don't need another social media app either but the app works fine in my experience.

No RGB support that I have found. Bought an X cube mini. Support has been removed and device discontinued. This is a Vaping community app, which I have no problem with. Smok should give support for their products as much money as I have spent on their stuff over the years.

well I use this app for my x cube 2. now why do I need a new social media network to simply change my rgb color and temp settings? I was forced to update to a program a format that is useless. you wanted a vap nation app make one and leave out the preexisting app that is required for a product.

I could care less about socializing with others specifically because they vape, and I certainly don't need another social media platform. The only reason I installed the app is because that's what my product info card told me that I had to do just to register my product, and there's not even anywhere to register my product that I could find. Don't even waste your time unless you want a ANOTHER social media platform.

I'm an ADV (All Day Vaper) this app is good for verifying your product if you like Smok and also it's a vaping community to share your vaping experience and progress in the vaping world. I've personally been using this app daily since the beginning of this year interacting with the "regulars" on there! I've learned a lot from some regulars that are active on the app and have progressed from AIO devices to RTAs, box mods, etc... Come on in, check us out and join the community!! Stay cloudy 💨💨

Junk! I was given an xcube ultra and I don't have the original box with the code to scan and it appears that without that, it can't be connected. How stupid!

Can't figure out why it needs permission to make calls. The social media aspect is completely redundant. Wish they had a separate app just for verification

I can see other people are having problems with Galaxy Note 8. Have been on here several times prior. Can you use app to check authentication of products. Getting a lot of bogus products from even my vape stores. Cannot login from Galaxy Note 8

It wouldn't let me sign up, then I tried to scan my code and it wouldn't focus once I would get it lined up. I guess I'll never know for sure if the coils I buy are counterfeit or not. They work, so I guess that's all that matters!

Couldnt even sign up!! Its a joke went to use the app for the ACS and everytime i tried to sign up id get that my user name that id entered is an incorrect format .... How ..... Its letter and numbers exactly what the app says. Waste of time!

Doesn't work, just comes up with a little message telling me it can't connect. Norton keeps flagging this app for unusual behavior

ZERO stars!!!! I am having the same problem as others trying to create a user account. No matter what I do, it won't accept my User Name. This is a really stupid way to verify a device.

This used to be about connecting your device's & setting up your mod's and settings etc. Now it feels like it has become a 'wanna be Facebook for Vapors app" So not cool.

It was aweful, Im literally using the app just to control my smok 2, I tried to be apart of the social part but as soon as I did I was attacked by a bunch of bullies calling me derogatory names and threatening me, it was aweful if i could give -5 stars I would. Its become a bullying app you go on there just to get bullied and I get enough of that literally everywhere else. Honestly the only good part is the bluetooth connection. Maybe just make the app for just the vapes, the rest is trash.

Will not connect to device, insists same password is wrong. Can't reset password on device after reinstalling this app! App now useless.

I'm trying to set up my account but its refusing to accept any user name! It doesn't say whats wrong just that it's not valid.
