The app takes long to load plus it tends to get stuck on the window where it gives me options to access personal learning and events platform

It can't find my account. I was able to log in via the website fine but can't log in on the app with the same details. Really frustrating.

loving the app
Login when using Google/Facebook is not secure. (I receive sexurity alerts when login to this app). App constantly crashes. Content is riddled with grammar and spelling errors. The content references are not always sufficient or available. Exam links are not always received or in working order same goes for the actual exams.
