Problems setting up - need to validate email address. Immediately after receiving the link click validate and then it says link has expired
Change your IT. Stuck in loop of update and open. Brilliant!!!! Uninstalled... Re-installed. App is still looking for version 3.14.7. Fresh install gave me 3.14.6???? Where do I get 3.14.7? App Store?? :))
Really should be zero stars, I was so looking forward to using this app, only to be defeated by the stupid AI ID photo utility, this is the absolute worst, it is really really terrible, why can't the user just upload a picture of the I'd as an option, this will make many users stay away as this feature is soooo terrible. I kept trying to scan my driving licence, think I tried for about an hour in the end I gave up , as the few times it did actually scan my ID it kept saying it was unreadable.?!!
App can't read anything.. I must have captured my ID more than 20 times now... The image is CRISTAL CLEAR... But app can't read it.. Maybe hiring a Human can help... Maybe fixing your robot can help... Either way im tired.. I wouldn't recommend it.. Waste of time... Will delete.. There are better options out there without this stress
If I was able I would give them zero stars feedback, because 1 is too much. The app is simple and oldschool. The process of verification sound good but they have to manually check everything and after submitting your ID and personal info, they will ask you of plenty more documents from your bank account and other personal information. After you provide they will ask again couple of times for the same. The response time is arround 48 hours each time.Uninstalled and cancelled the proces for myself
It is lack of efficient customer services, it is not low-cost.. It is high cost app:Services fees are high.. They can close the account anytime due to their inconvinient and ill-mannered,terms and condition.. It is not a reliable organisation.. Please choose better one on the net
Super efficient and user friendly
Can not start the app at all. It reports that my smartphone is rooted, but as i proved to the tech team of Vault, it is not rooted. Obviously it is misreporting for some reason. I hope they correct it in future updates.
It's a scam to collect personal data. The app doesn't work and gives a text saying not available in your region which is proven to be a fraud.
Unusably slow. Expect delays of *minutes* to complete actions. Learn to love the spin-cursor; you'll be watching it a lot!
App can't capture id doc, too close or align align is the rubbish i see everytime I tried to sign up App needs some improvements, like a button on the app to press instead of align align rubbish
Useless, please mention the countries if you are not worldwide..... I need to download and register to find out that my country isn't supported? What a waste of time due to ignorant people.
Great app but I still feel it could offer more and now the stopping of using cards in some areas or countries or regions is really bad ..
The services are not satisfactory.Don't risk your money,You can find better financial institutions which serve better,please stay,it is not customer oriented services.. They can't well..their services are troubled..alienating...Globally high cost money application which is a rubbish..
Completely Stupid app, After complete all necessary Details like mobile number, Address,Zip code, Then told me Not support in Non European countries 🤣Take all my details & then kicked me out... If u don't provide services to us then why you show download options in Google play store just make it for exclusive countries customers to whom you support... Don't show us Lollipop...We also have thousands of Other companies services thousand times better than you to remit our money world wide...

Albania is missing, useless app for me. There are even countries not recognized by UN there and Albania is missing.
Cannot load to my phone. To put in my DoB I had to tap the screen back 550 times. I cannot help being born in 1947

I've already scanned my documents 4 times and they were well scanned because I saw , but they are always rejecting documents with no logic whatsoever, problem with that is all yours not mine, you are not accepting the documents and what is your excuse for that tell me This is You who should put this to give us to upload our documents for you because only then would we be able to finish our records in your app
