Videos are unplayable, meaning before you could press play no issues. Now it asks you use outside apps which takes away from the original purpose of the app, to hide things. I'm sure it's a simple fix from vaulty. Galaxy Note 10+, stopped working after last big update.
Deleted half of my files after the latest update. The files that WEREN'T deleted, I'm unable to view. Says an "Unknown Error, Unable to View". Emailed the developer more than once....still no response. Not to mention, I paid for this app. One star review will remain until my library is fixed. 😑
Improvements are needed - This app is not able to handle video files in MP4 and MKV this is a real need. In addition this app should be able to handle documents such as PDF or MS word, which is not able to dobsobat this time. Another issue is that the app is mostly geard toward cloud storage. Obviously most users woukd not want to uae the on-line option. If the developper apply these improvments then this will get a 5 star.
Used to be a great app but since last update it will no longer find vaults. Continually crashes and the lack of support when contacted is another matter. Be nice if they replied even gives you a ticket ref? Don't worry they do not reply
I've used this app for years and over the past two months it crashes upon opening the app. Please fix this so I can at least save my media instead of losing it forever.
Still displays thumbnails of secured images in my gallery app. There's not much use putting an image away with the app if it still shows up for anyone scrolling through your phone's photos.
Used to be great. Now so many problems and it's seems no one is trying to fix them, because the problems have been going on for MONTHS!! I'm about 2 weeks from canceling smh
Videos don't play in the app anymore. Can't send photos or videos out of the app anymore. Wondering what happened...this app used to be perfect. Now it's frustrating.
problems include force cloud backup, deleted items, and general lowered functionality when compared to the free version. needs work, would not currently recommend.
Too high cost of monthly payment. App make me lost some value pictures. It limit the number of picture without noticing the quantity of number.

Optimal sneaky storage. I have been using for years and through several phone back ups and everything has been working smooth.
faulty allows me to keep my photos private from my gallery, which I have the paid version called " stocks" so if some one with out my password takes secret photo and send them to something like Google stock market. had this app. Maybe 5 years now, thru 3 phones, works great!
I'm no longer able to send pictures from the app to text messages. What has changed? I receive an error message when attempting to do so.
Great app but needs a little more functionality especially between devices and remote access.

Was good in 2012 Now in 2021 Sux Lost Photos & Videos Plus It Reload Copy Of Everything 2- 3 Times Then When You Go To Delete The Extras .... It Deletes All Of Them...
All my videos dont play anymore, and I didn't have them stored anywhere else. Really upset about it.

Used to be a great app but now crashes all the time and I can't access my photos.
Videos no longer playing in app or when set to use other media players...time to cancel my subscription
I logged into my account one day and all of my pictures are gone. I emailed the developer and they didn't respond.
This app is very useful but I do have one suggestion for a future feature. Implement some image recognition so you can scan your images and automatically delete duplicates. Charge $20 for that feature and I will buy it!
