VBox LiveTV for Set-Top-Box

I love VBox. I've had a 3340 for about 3 years. One of my best tech purchases. It is used a lot in my house . However. This app was working before the last update. Now it just crashes. No doubt they will fix it. Happy to review again when it works. Legacy version still works.

Bought it about a year ago Was new system then and very glitchy, hard to set up. Never worked in a way that I could let my wife use it as a foxsat replacement. Gave up then but decided to give it another go. No update from last year so no better Seems to have the usability of a raspberry pi type device but the price tag of a premium plug an play one

Overall very good but the live TV picture on an android tablet on certain channels seems to be 4:3 rather than 16:9 resulting in the HD picture being squashed. I cannot see a way to change the picture setting in the app.

I would like to be able to permanently add my remote server to the list so i don't have airways input it and press connect. Sound like an obvious thing i don't know why it's not yet implemented

App is OK but TV guide is intermittent. For example scrolling through and then no program information available displayed. Although I have channel mapping HD channels show no programme information. Legacy guide works fine though

Had an audio issue with some channels and support were extremely helpful and responsive in getting it fixed

A) The app was not compatible with the latest android TV update; no notification or excuse given. B) No name or other identification attached to the radio stations C) App is amenable to a lot of electrical or other disturbances every day and night (blurred picture). D) Today - voice and pictures not synchronized. E) Hope someone out there is reading these comments.

Wished I'd read other app reviews before buying hardware. Flashes a lot of times before crashing. Hardware no more than an expensive paperweight.

The TV guide only fills half of the screen. The TV guide only shows a few programmes that are on, whereas on PC the guide is mostly complete.

Hi all, during this COVID time of ever increasing reliance on media entertainment when I had an issue with my VBox software the IT support team were amazingly quick and efficient in helping me sort it out. Thanks guys.

this app was working well before this update now i dont can see nothing, al the time say: "Your connected VBox device is not configured." Have box MINIX I hope come new update fast as possible

great potential but crashes a lot and have to reinstall most months on multiple devices.

no idea how good this is. it immediately crashes on my pixel, rather than opening.

Crashes when i start it, the vbox hardware is very good but the lack of decent software really prevents vbox from going mainstream

App just crashed when launch, just install app for first time. Please fix.

Latest update will not open as it claims that VBox is not configured, which it is.

It's crashes very regularly for me, and to be honest after a year of using the system it often doesn't work in some way. The other app and web interface is also poor and slow.

Major bug detected: app crashes when I activate subtitles. Please fix this asap! Also, channel icons don't show. And built in player performance is much poorer compared to streaming via VLC player. Last but not least, there's no option to choose aspect ratio! It just defaults to zoom mode, stretching the picture to fill the screen. I'm appalled.

Constantly crashes when the EPG opens on both my Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Tab S3 which means programming records is impossible.
