How to withdraw money to my bank account?
2019.06.14 I have replied back to the team to to delete my account on 7th June albeit there is little balance in my wallet. Unfortunately, there is totally no reply and actions taken by the team afterward. This leave me another layer of confusion if the team really understand my intention and solve the problem.
i didn't use the account since i registered, today i reactivate it and i found it improves nothing all this while. I have to perform at least 1 transaction in order to stay active, but it is difficult to fulfill since there are no where i can spend, so i think it stays dormant for good. My only comment on this app is, it is an unnecessary app and lose nothing to skip it.

how to delete my vcash account. I'm not using it.
I cannot even get started, waiting more than 12 hours for an SMS that never arrived. I even emailed them but they have not even bothered to reply.
Why don't have any cashback and you still state that have cash back
The apps is nice and it would be great if you could bring out the prepaid card also for traveller like me
