well designed app, although not all features work and the app occasionally crashes. the presistant notification can be a bother to get rid of, and i wish the notification system functioned properly but with a few fixes this app would gain a star or two.
Only had this app a day or so, but so far so good! very convenient, dont have to call bank, go on thr automated phone system anymore to pull transactions: best of all i am loving this remote check deposit!!!!it is the BEST!!!!
had to call bank to get set up for mobile deposits, still cannot do mobile bill pay. hoping someone calls me back about bill pay, no response on my message through their website. very clunky to navigate.
Easy to pay bills and move money around. I wish I could see more graphics and catatgories of my spending. It would be helpful to see % of spending.
First time using mobile bank app...ever. Was not sure about going this route. But this VCB app made it very easy! All the info at my finger tips!
Poor customer service at best. Went to download the newest app, and my device will not download it. I can see why there are only a few branches in the Richmond area. If I don't get my online banking app straightened out by tomorrow, I'm going to be finding another bank to do business with.
Hoping this update will be an improvement. Many issues with awkward procedures and inadequate current status.
The bank app is really good it works really well The only thing is you need to have your hours listed.
it's ok but you can't add vendors to pay and now mobile deposits stopped working.
Everything is good except the mobile deposit. I have had many deposits fail and not sure why.

Remote check deposit is a bit temperamental. Otherwise gives me the info I need.

Using mobile deposit was a little frustrating for me this time. My pictures could not be read for 5 or six tries. I called customer service who told me the app was very "finiky" and to clean my lens and try with my flashlight on. It still wouldn't read my pics. Finally, I tore the stub off of the check and it worked. So for anyone having issues, try tearing off the stub. It makes all the difference!
