VCCU Banking

Why bother? The only thing it seems capable of is checking your account balances. LITERALLY NO OTHER FEATURE HAS WORKED IN YEARS. Their old app worked wonderfully until they switched to this version and now it's so bad I'm considering banking elsewhere. Their loans are average, customer support ok, no app functionality, they even screwed up my cheques. I want to support a local business but it seems every time I try to do anything with them it gets harder and harder... Anyway, don't bother.

Oh, what a useless app. Wouldn't allow mobile deposit. Contacted bank and they said mine was outdated version (??) and to uninstall and reinstall. But there's just one version in the play store and it's the same 2.5 version. Playing along, I reinstalled. App said the sum detected didn't match amount entered and to try again. Did this several times, same response or app replied that I'd endorsed the check incorrectly. Garbage app.

App is confusing. Doesn't show all purches Immediately. Example: in the pending transactions tab, it showed my pending transaction but then when I went back a min. later, it was gone. And it doesn't show that it went through. So it like the app is hiding it until last min. causing an overdraft or almost overdraft fee if you're not careful or conscience about how much you spent that day, cause you busy all day or what not.

I can't get my personal account and my business account on the same app. I was told to download a second app of it for each one. However the Android won't let me add a second icon. I should be able to create a second login but is won't let me do that. Why can't it all be in one? Very inconvenient. Great bank, dislike the app.

I really like the bank but the app is relly useless, it constantly stops working, you can do nothing with it. I read another comments they all say the same,is an useless app and i didn't see any answer from VCCU to anybody, they just don't care for our problems with the app.

Horrible app! Takes forever to load, sends you back to the beginning alomost every time and won't load at all when you really need it to. The worst...

Basic and primitive. Takes forever to load. And after it opens, it's fine to check balances but useless for banking.

Silent doesn't always mean silent. Even when phone sounds are off, app makes an annoying shutter should when taking mobile deposit pictures, and it's LOUD. Honestly, who does that?

All you can do is check your balance, which is not always updated because if you just used your card it won't show the correct balance until two or three days later.

No better than the website , which loads faster on my phone than the app . Needs better UI and optimization

This app is the reason I'm changing banks. It's not 100%. I enjoy everything else about this bank, except this app.

finger print sign in not working, resorting to pin, slightly buggy

I cannot download this app on my IPhone nor on my IPad. I've tried several times 😖

Horrible app. Every time I open it and put in the password it makes me start over. Glitches like crazy.

I have tried to use this many times over the last few months and have not been able to. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it at least half a dozen times at the advice of the credit union, and it simply doesn't work. Guess I'll have to drive the 20 miles to deposit checks.

Bill pay doesn't work. Do not rely on it for even a month, or you'll be behind on all your bills even after all that set up in a bad ui.

Horrible navigation. Log in keeps going back to main page. App keeps closing out.

Remote deposit feature is no good. I've tried depositing the same check three times today and it won't go through, I just get the "thinking" icon for minutes on minutes. Not happy. Not convenient. More like a pain. I don't recommend.

Please fix the check deposit. It hasn't worked in some time.

Downloaded the new version only because it now supports remote check deposits. Just tried to deposit a check. Every single try ends in an error message: either it can't read the check or the check corners are not showing. Yet the pictures I take are extra crisp and have the whole check in the frame. And of course instead of just letting you do another picture, you have to go through all the steps again. Like I said, still crap. UPDATE: to add insult to injury, the app now displays incorrect images and pass phrases in the second step of authentication. Scary stuff. Terrible programming. And to top it off, it logs out and redirects to the sign in screen while I am in the middle of accessing my account. Waste of time. Really hate this app.

It doesnt load when attempting to sign in. The only thing that happens is a page appears with the word "undefined" at the top left corner

Remote deposit failed several times on photo. Usaa and citibank apps are far better, this one is not very intuitive and the keyboard is covering the continue button with no hide option.

I tried to install the VCCU mobile banking app. It said it was installed, but it didn't show up anywhere on my phone. I'm not impressed.
