A subscription model is for a service not a product. Application pricing is not an exact science. It's based on value and profitibility. I for an app like this there isn't much added functionality. EVEN less so that would justify the yearly subscription fee of a top tier antiviris per month. I believe your marketing/cost department is crazy. I would never pay that much and by the app rating I'm sure other agree. But it's your product and you can choose to be dumb about it. Touche

I too fell for the thought of this being included in the ridiculously over priced desktop software. They even include the mobile photo in the subscription, just to trick you. The support team was rude in my email while trying to find this out and if you open the desktop software once, you lose your refund even if subbed for months. I'll use the desktop software to get what I need and move on. I will not be a return customer.

Believe me the 1 star for this app and their developers is deserving. I purchased the subscription using my laptop for $120 for 3 months, downloaded the app that was advertised on their website but only to find out that there is a seperate fee for that. Don't waste your money and stay away from websites that promote Avanset and their product. There are plenty of VCE players out there, and will only charge you once. This app is a cash cow. I have 2 words for them anti-consumer company. Smh

To install on Laptop and Phone you need two separate subscriptions. Would be Like Netflix charging twice to install on TV and Phone. Incredibly overpriced software even if it did allow cross device installation. Companies like this force people to use cracked software. In response to dev comment. Your explaining what I gave you 1 star for.... Brilliant customer service.

Wonderful app with such amazing features,by using this we will easily get good grades in different it certificate. The most good thing is that very easy to use good user interface, graphics , services i recommend it to everyone

Terrible experience, I purchase for 1 month, and they told me that I will have pay a $25 tax for unlock my account. I cancel my subscription but I don't received my reimbursement.

I have been using this app for just over a month and it seems to work well. The £8.99/month cost seemed a bit steep, especially, as others have pointed out, it cant be installed on another device, but at the time I didn't have any choice as my previous app had stopped working. However I've just had an email today asking me to reconfirm my subscription before 14th Sept where the price will be going up to £29.99/month. £8.99/month was expensive, £29.99 is insane. Please justify the 330% increase!

I would like to use the app and give ratings based on usage. However, I'm extremely disappointed I was fully charged without first being given the option to enter in the discount code from your website I was eagerly waiting to enter in. I have reached out to support and no one has contacted me. When/If this problem is corrected I can give better rating.

While I do like this app, I always felt the $9.99 per month price was a bit steep. Then I received the notification that the price would be increasing to $29.99 per month. I can't justify paying that amount. At $5 per month, I'd probably keep the subscription year round whether I was actively studying or not. At $10 per month, I would just start/stop the subscription as needed when actively studying. At $30 per month, I will find a new way to study.

im disappointed that i paid for this. im not a fan of the monthly subscription. i also dont like that i have to pay separately for windows and for mobile versions of this app. i cant wait for another platform to replace this one. Another piece jump for a product I was already paying to much for. This was the mail in the coffin for me. Pure rip-off

It's a workable app and happy with it, despite no capability to handle lab-based questions. I stopped/cancelled the subscription for a month to take a break, and when I tried to re-purchase, it cost triple the original subscription I paid for. As such, back to old school learning I guess.

Ended up paying 29.99. File reading request was blocked. Purchases show "your order is being processed" but I have been waiting for 8 hours. No response from support. Edit (in response): No. Not yet. Still with support with no resolution. Will they be able to provide a refund? Edit (in response): It has been more than two weeks Problem has not be rectified by support. Still getting the same error! This is after paying £29.99, my subscription is almost over and I have not been able to use the app because IT DOES NOT WORK! Please could you provide a refund?

It was a great app. The $9.99 a month was a bit steep, but upping it to $29.99 a month is just insane. yYou dont even offer the VCE files to use. If your going to charge those prices you should offer more than just a front-end interface for someone else's product.

Junk, unless you want to keep paying for it over and over. I already bought the full app and owned it but after and update it has locked me out. They are probably using some legal loophole to take people's money and shut off access to their app. Bad, bad, bad...

10 bucks a month for the phone app. This does not carry over to your pc version. you can use the demo version but you can only see 15 questions. This has got to be the most crappy app in the whole google store. I installed it the 20 seconds later i uninstalled it. not worth the money yhere are free apps that allow you to use the full version for free.

Subscription price tripled last month ($9.99 to $29.99) and each platform now requires a separate subscription. Basic app that was barely worth the original price, definitely not worth paying 3 times that with no improvements. Advise looking for alternative options.

The app is good. But i am extremely disappointed to see that the monthly subscription price more than doubled. That is akin to thievery. I've been a loyal customer but now i am forced to look for alternatives. Seems like you will be losing shed loads of customers. Everyone please stop using this app as it has become a complete rip off. Think we need to get a app developer to create a new app. Im will to pay but not willing to get ripped off.

I worked with the demo and it works suprisingly well, however the cost is rediculous. Plus this company has completely monopolized the market. I used vce players some years ago and it was free. I wrote 7 exams without issue but now i cannot download any other VCE app because all the links goes to Avanset. They have blocked and removed most if not all websites that advertise other VCE players. I am so mad. Our university and college fees are less.

Way outdated app and there is no l new releases for a few years.. Same interface from few years ago. Also the apps as increase the monthly cost from 10,99 to 29.99 dollar. That's too expensive. Also the app account does not let u use the same account on Android, Ios and Windowm u have have to purchase different license for the different os devices..... This is not nice.!!!

The app is really well made. Nice and simple UI. I have used similar apps but this was by far the best. Highly recommended.

I already pay for the Desktop version. It's been very useful for taking practice tests a few days before your actual exam to see if you're ready. But, surely, it can't be expected for someone to pay $60 a month just to view a file on a desktop AND another $80 a month to view that same file on your phone. That's unbelievable, and I think I'm just going to cancel my desktop service at the end of the month and find an better more affordable solution that supports both desktop and mobile.

it's a good app to prepare your self for exam I tested it myself and decided it was worth a 5* review.it's created especially for student like me. you can easily make adjustments to ask only questions that you got wrong previously without having to go through the same questions over and over again. it also saves your test results so that you can see your progress. That will help you motivate yourself I recommend it to everyone.

From 9.99 to 29.99 is crazy. 9.99 was already more than the app was worth. I remember when $32.99+ got you the desktop version and the mobile version and it wasn't a subscription. This is really frustrating because I've used this app for years and it hasn't really changed except the price.

Another scam. Bought the desktop, after my computer restarted, it was denying me account saying I hit the limit. I tried this app to see if it would bypass, but needs another license. Ripoff company. I would advise to stay away, stick with pdf.

Excellent simulator, i bought it for my exam and it helped alot. Highly recommended.

The app works great, but I had already bought the app outright once before, but to swap to a monthly charge of $30 was already crappy, but to up charge it to $60 on top of having to buy the higher quality vce files. There is no way this app is worth it now. Please don't bother with a response because I'm sure it'll be a generically generated one that you have already given all of your other unsatisfied customers. What a disappointment.

I was going to subscribe, but, upon reading the fine print...First you have two products one a player (basic) and one an exam maker/player(Pro). They give four price offerings 3mos,6mos, 12mos and 24mos. Each price point is paid upfront and when you sign up what you are agreeing to is for them to automatically debt your bank account automatically.

Got the job done for studying for A+ while on lunch breaks. Went back to the subscription cost in the Google Play store and it was going to jump from $9.99 a month to $29.99 a month. For what purpose? Regardless, I'd rather just use the free one on my laptop then pay that much for a mobile VCE player. Not worth it.
