I don't know what is causing the new set delayed launch since the last update. It takes up to 2-5 minutes to launch or never launches after "checking for updates". Useless when you are trying to check your calendar for upcoming appointments. Please fix. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, restarted my phone and still the same behavior.
Great app. Allows me to complete lots of back-end tasks like creating clients, scheduling/cancelling/rescheduling appointments, taking payments - pretty much everything you can do within the web-based admin dashboard. The interface is very intuitive too. Love vCita!
Customer Service Email Support Only After paying for the service, I realized there is no number to speak with anyone to troubleshoot. Everything is done via email. Other than that the app seems to be working okay.
Web site looks great and customers are linked right to us. Whether they want to ask a question, book an apt., Or ready to sign a contract it's right there on the home page!
my company sent a link sonwe could use this for our company things. I have requested a password over 10 times. nothing. you guys dont communicate. good app if I didn't have to log in through the company link all the time. would like to be able to use my email and password.
Do you want to use vCita? Vcita just deleted 1,749,451 pages. I built my database for many years. They offered solution: to re-upload. Seems that I will open a page with this happy story. Just two keywords "crm" and "vcita".
Terrible customer service They cancel my account without any reason I contacted them 4 times though email and live chat they promise they will look into it and guess what absolutely nothing happen. If you rely on their service for business they would let you down big times.
This app is moving very slow,with the new update. It's taken a while for the schedule to pull up

It doesn't open after download & installation. I think, this app was made for test only. And test for upload on google play store.

The app does not flow as well as it did when first release.. Developers have stopped debugging. Dont agree with a $15/mo fee for double bookings/staff members.
Vcita has only been good to me so far and I would most definitely recommend using their services when starting a new business.

customer service is non existant, and many problems with soft ware not syncing appointments to calendar. Don't use this company.
It really needs a call logger. The most important thing to me on the go is the ability to quickly assign a call to a client.
As a consultant / entrepreneur, single mom, and full-time employee I am always working. There is not a lot of time for administrative work and that is why I love vCITA. I send all of my potential clients there for free consultations which allows them to create their client profile for me. The scheduler is connected to my personal calendar which allows me to work when / how I want to and live, too! I've been a customer for over two years and I will not leave. There are bells and whistles I still haven't tapped into and the customer service is great. I've only needed help with customer service once and it was resolved quickly. The app is easy to manage, customize, and integrate with social media and my payment system. I absolutely love the appointment reminders my clients receive and how easy it is for them to reschedule. vCITA solves a huge administrative problem for me and keeps me sane as I juggle all of my roles and workload while providing excellent care to my clients.
I'm not sure. I signed up so my clients could book their fitness classes but unfortunately t I have had to create 'events'. I am paying €15/pm on a very basic booking plan but I can't log monthly memberships etc on the system as I was advised it would take a lot of time to set up. I have 3 payments options...unlimited membership, membership for seniors and class causal. I didn't think it would be hard to set up? The staff have been really helpful and friendly.. No app though.
