It keeps kicking me off, I can't even get to the login screen! This is a pain! I can't check my balance. Fix it please!
LOVE being able to take care of my funds this way!! Very easy, and I like being able to see every transaction!! Makes my life SO much easier! The only thing that I wish was possible, was to link ALL of my accounts, and be able to transfer between any and all of them. I can transfer between my accounts alone, but not to my joint checking and our personal business account, and have them all on my app. Otherwise, this is an awesome application!!
App used to work wonderfully, with the latest update it won't even make it to the login screen. Can't use the app at all and is very inconvenient because I can't check my balance or pay my loan payment which is time sensitive. Please fix, because this used to be a good app. Update: app was working again for a month or two and now it is doing the same thing again. Please, please fix
The app has basic banking functionality. It would be nice to see the transaction details for loan accounts. I would like to see how my payment is applied to the loan. The amount paid to principal vs. interest and/or escrow. This info can be viewed on the website, but not the app.
App does not work it will not open at all. I click on it and it kicks me right back off!! Wont go to login screen or anything. This is very aggravating bc i cant check my balance. App needs fixed!!!
App worked perferctly for years ! Then for the past month or two have had nothing but issues (on Android). Crashes or just won't start period (whit screen and error message ). Whatever they did on the last update definately borked the software . Please fix its our only option!
Update 9/16/21 app has not worked for the past week. Keeps telling me to call for assistance. Update 8/22/2021 app is working again Update 8/21/21 app isn't loading up at all after update. ///super easy to use. nice to be able to check on my accounts and transfer between. good job devs!
I love the app other than one thing.....Maybe I'm missing something but I really wish you could set up email or text alerts through app. It has an alert option in settings and on the quick links but it doesn't ask where all I want alerts sent to. So unless I'm on the app itself i cant see any alerts and still I have to go to the alert history to even see them.
Terrible. I have more issues with this application than any of the other 150+ that I have. I am unable to click anything once I open the app. And it always signs me out regardless of saving my information and adding a fingerprint for login security
A nice, easy to use banking app. I love the fingerprint sign in and ease of transferring between accounts. More reliable and easier to use than other banking apps I have used.
Ive used this app before and its been super easy to use and useful but when I recently re-downloaded it the app doesnt respond. It goes to the log-in screen but I cant interact with any of the buttons and ive never had this problem in the past.. Confused?? Guess ill have to go back to using the atm for now..
App is easy to use. Notifications are easy to change and customize. Easy to deposit checks through app as well. Overall really happy with this app! Would recommend to anyone using Vinton County Bank.
The app is awesome! Only thing that would make it better would be if there was a memo line for each transaction. I have this option with another bank that I use and it really is a useful little feature.
App doesn't work after update. Keep getting error message about automated click programs and security policies, then app locks up and will not even close. Have to force stop every time.
I like the app, it makes life easier handling money and transferring to different accounts. However since the update I haven't been able to lock my cards.
Dont know what you did but thank you. Finaly after a month and half fight its fixed. Also will be checking to see of you made a change on web page also. Anything you can do in app you should be able to do on web page. That is a huge problem that needs fixed, will check with a branch to see if fixed
App downloaded and will go to the login screen and thats it. It won't let me enter in my user name and password. The screen looks like it doesn't have the ability to go to a text value to enter text. The keyboard will not come up.
Since last update I try to open the app and a box pops up that says an error has occurred please call for assistance. Well I tried that and there's nothing wrong with my account. Please fix this it's been 2 weeks.
Nice. I like the fingerprint scanner to log in. Its nice to be able to easily check your balance anywhere. Only way to make it better would be to make it spit cash out of my phone!
The app is minimalist, just like the services of VCNB. Overdraw $4.99+ and they hit you with $20. No payday loans, small loans, mortages. They perform no service outside of holding your money. Phone reps will hang up on you and deny any service that requires putting away their netflix stream. Payroll is always as late as federally allowed, sometimes well past noon on fridays. I've never walked into a VCNB to be treated like a human. I don't even expect it. Bank elsewhere.
I love the app but lately its not been working at all. I even unistallled and put it back and still doesn't work. Every time I log in now I have to forcestop my app and then open it. Its not convenient!!!
Worked great, but as of july I cant click the screen. It is just a still picture of the log in screen. How can I check my balance if I cant log in? Also the notifications of when my account was used never worked.
Very rarely do I encounter problems using this app but when I do they are resolved by very polite and professionaly people. Fast feedback when I make a purchase and very easy to use
The app never works for me! it feels like every time I try to log in it says error. I enter my recovery password it says "error has occurred" it's always an error or maintenance!
The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the mobile app! It is to use and I feel secure that my info is protected.
App is mediocre. It freezes a lot. Force closes quite often. The zelle feature is extremely lacking. When you cancel transactions they remain at the top of your transaction list with no way to delete them. Notes disappear in some zelle transactions. Sometimes it works fine but it's not uncommon got the whole App to freeze and force close.
