Worst Service ! Correct credentials used, but app blocked! Impossible to reset and gain access. I called in, gave me an excuse that I've had 40 virtual cards on the app. No where does it stipulate a limit. I've asked them to delete all cards on record and resume my account. This has been to no avail. One week later, still no assistance.

I have been using this service for quite some time. Recently (7 days ago), I was unable process payment, it says I need to update my address for compliance, I go into the app and update my address and then login and logout and back to the same error and no address is updated. Called the customer care line and then they advised I should uninstall and re-install it, which did not work. IT is currently working on it and now 2 days ago my app does not want to work, I tried mobile date and Wifi.

Impossible to register (id number already in use), Impossible to login (login attempt failed), Impossible to reset pin (the credentials you entered are invalid). App gets blocked, uninstall and re-install (as per call centre) just to struggle all over again. Is it possible to RESET my "profile" and register all over again??

They dont not support international payments. Do not fall for their story that their working on it, they have been saying that for years. There is no real use fir this app as most local online stores already offer various payment options. There are very few reasonable use cases for this app. For most people you will just be paying a fee to do what you can do for free. People have been complaining about this international payment thing for yeaes yet it is not the most advertised point on the app or their website. I really feel scammed.

Waste of my data and money. My account got blocked, while entering a correct pin. I decided to reset my pin. Still wrong credentials, I contacted support team. Still couldn't help. This is worst 😭 app ever, with a useless support team. You don't even deserve a single 🌟

Service stopped working. Tried 2 methods to load funds. General service error on credit card. EFT asks to select them on a public list where they are not found. Not going to try ezpay. Too frustrating.

This is the most useless invention ive seen around. Use your perfectly fine credit card to purchase another credit for "security" which would have been understandable but theres one problem here : THIS CARD I BOUGHT DOES NOT WORK ANYWHERE. LITERALLY NOWHERE CAN I SWIPE THIS PIECE OF C#$P. What an excellent scam though... Give the people false cards while you have all the money.... USeless

Love this app. Love the way you can create a new card and load funds. Will be nice toe see capitec bank there. And you guys must sort out international shopping. Will be cool to do that. Specialy if i can buy from my steam account. Very good and keep on doing good

Good to know I am reducing my risk of loss due to fraud. Response times of some features need to be improved, or some sort of "Busy" message needs to be displayed

Useless app. I loaded money on it and now can't get it out and every month it just charges R5 because my account is dormant because I can't use it as payments are blocked so it goes round in circles while just charging me. Stay away from this app.

sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. do not use this in an emergency. international payments do not work, many local payments dont work either.

Started out great..no customer support to speak about, unfriendly and unwilling staff members, once you have a technical issue with pending authorisations you are all on your own, if I knew upfront I most defenitely would not have made use of the service.

Useless, nothing works, can't recover pin after right credentials entered, no international payments (what a joke), uninstalled it.

I had vcpay account for United States and the app was shut down without refunding the balance 😡 obviously it was a scam and you are a scammer , Dont trust this company ( US vcpay was under control of south Africa vcpay )

Thank you sir...This app awesome it's for people that don't have or can't get credit card. And it's safe you don't have to use your bank account. Keep up the good work....

I dont ever recomend this app at all my girlfrient put money in the account and correctly deposited only to be told her acount is not activated that was months ago so if u wanna lose Money in South Africa deposit into their acvount you will never see it again it will be story after story trust me i never right reviews on apps but this Scam App Deserve one Use at own risk But U Guarantee to lose money

whenever i tried to pay via VCpay card details, it always says transaction unsuccesful or gateway mismatch even though i entered correct details.

Money deposited not reflected in App even though confirmation of receipt via sms. Also have to input pin twice to login.

Biggest load of sh** as I even tried to load funds via easy pay like a week and a half ago... The funds are still not showing.. Dont download this!

After 11PM the app refuses to load my cards. Doesn't support other currencies. Worst App ever don't consider downloading it you'll be wasting your money and time

Sent verfication in a week ago. no reponse or upgrade. does not work on steam.

Useless. Can't use this to pay anywhere and can't get a refund for the funds I've already added.

Best support staff, they follow up and are quick to respond.

Can't make international payments, can't use with international merchants...

Can't load funds . Wrong branch code for Fnb General system failure when trying to load via credit card . Overall useless

I have been trying to register but it keeps on telling me my id number is too short or that I should put a valid ID.... Am confused... I don't know what to do
