Easy to use!!! Great visual clarity, no lag time, no distortion and good audio quality.

Very easy access to talking with a physician, and it was very helpful to the health care I needed for a followup visit from emergency room visit 4 days ago. Couldn't get an appointment at doctors office for a week so I went online and talked with a physician by telemetry and I now i have prescriptions I needed being called in and I did all this by phone. I didn't have to wait not even 5 minutes after I registered on line. It was fast and very easy and the physician was very polite and helped me

a bit difficult to sign up but after that worked well. I did lose connection in the waiting room but MD and I reset time and signed in again. Nice option.

I was looking for the VCU patient portal. This is not the samething. This app is only used when you want to schedule an appoinment virtually with a Doctor. Thank you customer service for clearing that up for me.

This is by far the best method i have ever used to do any follow up. the ability to log into the system and have a video chat method with the provider with out me having to get some one to take tim eoff work and get a ride was awesome

the vcu health portal was very convient. it was bettrer than having to go to a doctoy's office and having to wait. i would most definitely use the health portal again.

Unable to leave a message for my doctor. Very disappointed in this app. Even if the doctors name isn't listed in your contacts directly, I should be able to type in the name and it should be ok, but this will not allow me to do that

The app was great at first but now since the update I cant even contact my son's doctor. During this covid19 it would be great to send a pic and a message and his doctor replys back in less than 24 hours

This app was very easy to use. The only issue was when I tried to enter a pharmacy the app kick me out otherwise great.

Easy to install, but if you have an existing appt it does not show, plus there is no place to schedule an appt with your Dr, prescriptions.

Well designed and functional, and love the telehealth experience through it.

It was not as hard as I thought it would be..not sure why I thought it would be. I didn't have a way to give my weight and bp. But thats to be expected. This is definitely the next best thing.

It was amazing, you be able to look at my doctor and talk with her instead of having to fight traffic and trying to find a parking spot.

Jeb is very help ful in rn regard to my balance. I appreciate the physical therapist that have worked with me. I now know how to manage my pai and balance and I understand what us going on with my joints ,muscels and fatique that has release so much pressure emotionally. I now know my strengths and weakness and limitations.. Thanks such great and caring staff

This was my first time knowing about and using this app. I like it a lot. Very convenient when you can't go see your Dr.

Love this app! I get to see the doc in my home and there on time! I also don't have to deal with transport

I have been a patient at VCU health for over 20 years. I have no complaints about this system. As long as the doctors and nurses return calls in a timely manner
