What a scam the subscription is. Quick to take your $19.99 every month, but when you want to cancel, you can't get ahold of them. They never return your phone calls.. First of all this is just basic technical analysis with no thought at all. It's so simple a twelve-year-old can do it. Technical analysis software is in almost every single Financial program. You can get better technical analysis than this on YouTube. Free!

I'm a premium user and lately have problem using the app in Android! When I press back button It leads me to the beginning (top) of the page and I have to scroll it down to get to where I was and this is getting really annoying! Developer team, please fix it! Otherwise, it's a great app with lots of good information to manage the portfolio 👍

Ok, customer service is terrible, and they make it super hard to unsubscribe. Also, I bought the premium version on the app thinking I could use my account online as well...nope. You have to purchase the online version as well for the exact same price. They will not transfer accounts either. The crazy thing is, they say if I would have bought the online version 1st, then it would have given me access to the mobile version but not the other way around. This company feels like a scam.

I got the app for the 2 week trial. The day it expired or a day after I cancelled my subscription. There for they had already charged me the 19.99 monthly fee. A few days later I tried to log in they had downgraded me to the free version. I tried to contact them and they said they didn't have history of my email linked to an account even though the withdrew the money from my bank account.

Very nice looking app, forced 2 day trial. After trial, free version of app is crippled to top graphs only. Mobile version has 15 minute delay. PC version is offered with no delay with free mobile app. $9.99 / 1st month, then $137 a month? I invest for fun, always less than $1000. As nicely done as this app is, they make money and it cost big to play their game. They do not have a little guy option.

Sadly the app version doesn't work properly. Have contacted VV who are aware of this but the problem hasn't been fixed yet. Very disappointing and frustrating as the subscription is not cheap.

Does not work. I have a subscription, so I downloaded the app. The app doesn't even open up. It freezes on the initial VectorVest blue screen and that's it.

Very disappointed with the 4thApril 2020 update. On my Samsung phone can't read all the figures on My Portfolio. The layout has changed and some information doesn't fit properly on the screen. Needs a review and a fix. Otherwise, I love the app, use it a lot.

This is a great top down approach to investing. I have made serious money with their advice. Yes, it does cost $$$ but in my case it has paid for itself over and over again. They provide a lot off good daily content and coaching.

This app is so convenient and easy to use. Ive changed many of my investing choices based on their VST, RT, and RV recommendations. It even has customizable charts that you can evaluate the bottoms of swings in the market, and plan your entey amd exit points. High quality stuff here!

This the real deal! Really more than stock signals. It's a proprietary complete system & it works. Take the free mini course to learn how to use the system, then follow instructions to a tee & you will make money. Great job!! We'll worth the $20 a month.

BUYER BEWARE! This company provides questionable investment recommendations as well as common sense recommendations that can be provided for free elsewhere (TD Ameritrade stock scan via thinkorswim desktop app). Also you will have difficulty canceling your subscription. I canceled my subscription 4 days ahead of the billing date and was still charged for the next month.

❗TO CANCEL ON ANDROID: Go to Google Play Store, Manage Subscriptions.❗ Signed up for a free trial and did not like your service, so I wanted to unsubscribe on my Android app. Not from e-mail, from your service. There is no unsubscribe option in the app and Android does NOT require you to call in to cancel an app service. I'm 13th in line on the phone and have been for 30 minutes. This service is a scam and will be reported as such. UPDATE: After 45 minutes, I have moved ONE place in line.

The app is okay, the overall experience is terrible. Signed up for premium trial, downloaded app, registered and logged in. Downloaded Windows software Vector Vest7, tried to log in with no luck. Sent email with request of assistance, zero response other than an auto reply. For ANY service costing this much the level of support should be top notch. Cancelled trial, unistalled all software.

Changed from 1 star to 3. In most applications on mobile, you manage subs in the app itself, what you really have to do is cancel it through the app store, in this case the google app store. There is an area to manage subscriptions where you can cancel a sub. Since the first smartphone I have been online, bought apps, subs and more. Never have i ever seen this method to cancel a sub. If vector vest can take my money through the app, you should beable to cancel through the app.

Love the service but I'm paying $19.99 a month for an app I literally can't use. For the last week it won't sign in or anything. This is on multiple devices I've uninstalled and reinstalled it doesn't matter what I do the app will not open. Fix or refund me

Freezes on the license agreement page, and the "Cancel" and "I Agree" buttons have no effect. Intermittently proceeds into program. Have to go through the same rigmarole to change market. Previous version better.

Initially I was disappointed and was going to cancel. Then I took more time learning about VVest. On taking more time to grasp the depth AND accuracy of the programs I have now moved up to their premium level. Very satisfied and continuing to learn and improve my profits even going thru the covid-19 shut down.

This app has spiked my portfolio up 12% in 3 weeks. I highly recommend it to anyone getting into stocks and trades. However, the recent update has made it so I cannot access the premium watchlists. Hope the devs fix this soon. *Edit - Yeah, it was just bugged for me. I reinstalled the app and the Picks/Premium Watchlists tab worked perfectly!

Paid $20 + tax never got my money's worth. They require a subscription for basically information you can find for free and telling you their preferences in stocks. I spoke to customer service and it felt like I was speaking to a sales rep. who was trying to upsell me other services for real time data.

It's good app but need more improvements by showing us a list of companies that are doing well you only show a few. Improve it by making it possible to see all companies that are advancing and declining just by simply clicking the bar that says advancing.

An absolute headache to figure out how to remove items from the watchlist. Only options easily available are to add to portfolio etc. No delete in sight. It signed me up for a free trial when I didn't accept one. Thumbs down. Uninstalled

Don't even bother to install. It was an amazing app with some limited abilities that still were useful. I was about to recommend it on my Twitter, but today when I logged in everything was locked. TradingView offers the same screening for free, so this app doesn't make any sense now, I'm not going to pay for the basic screener

Good statistics but focused on short term trades. All the companies picked here lost value over time. I'm better off trading based on Cramer's advice. They don't send you a reminder about the trial expiration, and will charge you for the next month - customer service isn't strong here. I wouldn't recommend them.

I loved the app but the "free" version is a free trial. It expires. Premium is $20 per month or $240/year. Nope. I uninstalled the app. It wasn't THAT different from brokerage and online free stock research tools to justify that kind of fee.
