Really like the new app. Only complaint so far is I wish transactions weren't listed as a number but rather the name of the place the transaction was made. For example, I actually have to click on each transaction that is listed as a number instead of the retail store to be able to see where the transaction was made . Very time consuming and frustrating. Hopefully they'll fix that.

The new app is less than stellar. This morning it's telling me an update is required but offers no instructions how. In the check ledger, all you see are large number strings for individual transactions. Once you modify the transaction to resemble something meaningful such as the payee name, the app takes you all the way back to the top of the register and not where I was working, extremely frustrating.

if I could give this a negative star rating I would unfortunately I have to stay with Vectra bank but this app is terrible I was told in February of 2018 that it would be fixed here we're going on another year and there still is no fix in sight. I have an Android phone and at least once if not twice per week I have to uninstall the app reinstall it to make it work. Vectra get with the program you may have me hostage as a customer but there are many many choices out there for other people.

The app will not allow the passcode feature on my new phone.I've been able to use that passcode feature on other apps just not VectraBanks app. I contacted the bank she told me it was working fine on her phone so she suggested to call Samsung. They did a remote control test. We did everything under the sun. When I went back to try it on my s9 plus, it worked just fine so that tells us that your app is not updated well enough to be used on the newer released phones. I suggest you get busy.

Checking on accounts is easy and convenient. I wish they had offered instructions on the mobile banking before I got into it. I signed my check the wrong way and had to add words so it was clear the check was "for mobile deposit into Vectra Bank." Wish I'd known that before I wrote "for deposit only" like I usually do. That's the only reason I gave this app 4 stars.

It's glitchy. Half the time, it won't pull up the history screens, gives an error message that the network isn't working, and won't complete the deposit (but then later shows it was processed). When it works, it's nice.

It tells me that I have the wrong credentials even when I have put them in the exact way that they are. Copied verbatim. I've reset my password twice and it doesn't matter how many times I do it it still says I cannot login. Not worth it.

As many others have said app keeps wigging out, saying the network is busy and to try again later. Delete and reinstall it works fine. Fix this ASAP. Let's see all our fee's go to work!

I managed to get into my account change the password however the new app is far worse than the old one was the new one feels more like an attempt at redirecting someone to a website rather than using a mobile phone application, the old one felt perfect for smartphones and most other banking applications I use do what the Vectra Bank app attempts to do far better. All in all it was a disappointing update

Update is garbage. The original app was manageable but now it takes so long to just login I just dont bother. Website isn't any better on a phone so most of the time I just don't know have time to mess with it.

I have auto update enabled. Yhe app has allowed me to access my account thru my phone for several days. I get a message that says i need to update but went i go to thr play store it says i have the most updated version.

This is a bad app for apple phones. EMy wife has an iPhone and every few days it deletes her login information and she can't login with the security questions she entered correctly. There is a serious issue.
