Because half the features doesn't work it doesn't let you report it outing it doesn't let you view your pass bill it doesn't let you view your current bill so it's completely useless and it's not even called vectren anymore either Jesus learn to update an app and keep a better eye on it
vectren is charging people a extra 20 dollars for some pointless 3rd party warranty. The 3rd party is being sued. I dont understand why vectren isnt. I just got my latest bill today and the fee is still on there!!! I really cant believe it, And they aren't taking phone calls or answering emails...
Let us pay thru the app. Stop redirecting to a browser window. There's literally no point to have this app if we still have to pay through a browser window.
Worked great until this last update, it's crashed three times and I give up. Uninstalled.
latest update has been a disaster. Worked perfect before and now doesn't...wish I never updated.
Worthless and aggravating. Dear Vectren, Have you used your own app to pay a bill? Do you realize that pop-ups are blocked on most devices? Do you understand that your app and website are so disjointed that it makes me wish I had electric appliances? You should feel ashamed at your effort to provide a means to allow your customers to actually PAY YOU.
Unable to use app since the most recent update. Wish I hadn't done the update.
Discontinued by Centerpoint in April 2021. No longer supported guys, we unfortunately have to use the website from now on.

Want to check your utility bill. This is the app for you depends on your utility company. Have to pay 2.50 convenience fee. Western Union. This is the only down side.

Doesn't work half the time
Unable to use unless on wifi. Always throws errors about no internet connection. Even after the latest update, still can not login without wifi.

Pay the Damn bill
App worked great for a long time. Now opens then stops working. Almost made me late on bill. Tried Reinstalling it. Same thing. They need to get it fixed. Its doing the same thing this month.
I'm not paying a western union fee. Thank you.

Let's make everyone without power call and wait on hold to report a power outage instead of reporting it over cell phone data! This has been a problem for years, I'd hoped it was fixed the other day when the power failed but of course why make things easier on people when Vectren's service fails.
It never lets me view my current bill, as it always says that feature is temporarily down - it has said that for months. Also, the contact us link does not work.
