Clunky if you want to use the app for hotel booking. It needs you to re-enter the date everytime you go back to the list. The prices do not include resort fees and the fees are not provided. The descriptions of the attractions are sometimes vague. This is evident by some of the reviews of the attractions. It works well if you know exactly what you are looking for and when you want it.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Made reservations through this site. Am unable to make trip. Have paid them the entire cost up front. Have been trying for a week to get in touch with them to cancel. They offer free cancellation. I have called 4 different numbers they claim are customer service. All say the same thing. We open at 8am pst. Press 1 to leave a message. Press 2 to end call. Left message after message. No return call. Have written many emails. No reply. Gone to their website. Inst
Loved it before the update, can't look for shows farther out anymore, and then tried to sign it to find my favorites and it won't let me, tried to reset password, sent myself the reset email 4x and it just takes me back to the same sign in page, no where to reset the actual pass word. Very frustrating
I used this app a few times now I can't book packages. I use to love this app. Welp!! On to travelocity Yesssssss the app is back to normal!!! Time to book a trip for April Thank you for fixing that because you all the best for booking Vegas and your customer service is top notch. And I always refer people to you all. Thank you again
Poor Notifications and information. I was told by someone on the phone (called me back 12 hours later) I would receive notifications about cancelled show - I got none and all my shows were canceled. Nothing on the app about them handling COViD19. Will never use again, I will book future trips direct.
Uninstalling after only 10 minutes of having it because it keeps refreshing and then closes. I thought this would be great for my upcoming trip but not when it doesn't work.
Makes me want to jump on a plain n dissappear in LV what happens there gets learned and stay there nicely done n relaxed ..Brings out the real you! Love n relaxing n happy ways are brighted there! Just want to be held by close in front of Beligio Waters Fountains & Gardens! Enjoy Music at House of Blues! Hang out at Hard Rock Cafe! Many more make me want leave now!!!!
Loved it before. Booked several trips. Trying to book another trip, but it is not working for hotel and flights. I have been trying for several weeks.
Loved it before.... I used it for every trip I made to Vegas. Can no longer book packages. Flights are not available. Uninstalling.
Downloaded the app cause I thought it'd be useful for my upcoming vegas trip but it keeps crashing and that was frustrating so I guess I'll have to do my research somewhere else 🤷♀️
I downloaded this hoping to find a shopping guide within it and disappointed. Lots of good info and convenience for everything else.
I'm trying to book thru the app and it keeps changing my hotel stay because of the time of the flight. Maybe I'm misunderstanding but its wanting me out of my hotel a day early because my flight is at 12 am. If I loose my last day then I walk around with my luggage till my 12am flight because check out is at 11am ...... please help
If I could, I wouldn't give it a one star. Tried 2 valid email address but apparently they're not to register. Oh well l will used other apps.
Very misleading. It was advertised as 32$ a night and ended up 65$ a night. Read the fine print and dont get scammed like i did.
Horrible, starts off crummy on the first page, won't let me put in correct check in and out days, (it only let me stay one day no matter what day I selected) got worse from there. Uninstalling now
I've already gotten the best deals on this app!!... even at the last minute..yessss... get book another night cheaper than what the front desk was giving me...sweet deal

Non-existent Customer Care More than an hour wait for customer service, without anyone picking up the phone.
This app is terrible you cant even put your dates in to book a hotel before its turns off reopens than asks me if im in vegas.

This app makes my Samsung Galaxy S9+ freeze up and have to force start my phone.
Works much better with Google auto fill than their web site.
This app helps me with everything going on in Vegas, from hotels to restaurants to entertainment.
Prices are good but frustrating that it puts up the 'rate this app's box before you get the confirmation number and then you can't get out of the rating box the app freezes. Also trying to choose check in and out dates does6work well! It only wa ts to give you one night at a time no matter how many times you cha ge it! UGH! the rest of the app is fine
