Been in VW for 8 years and I like it BUT it doesn't work right on my Android phone and I am kicked offline when I go to parties almost as soon as I get there. Very annoying and almost not worth playing any more. I try to whisper and the same thing happens! It's been like this for years. Why can't you fix this problem Flowplay?

I purchased coins in which I never received. I go through text support which wasn't helpful at all, then I called and spoke to someone who basically did a few things and fixed the issue, however, now that I try to play the game it says it needs an update and I can't even get on to see if my issue was completely resolved. There's no button to press to update it, and I uninstalled 3x and its stuck on the "needs small update" screen. With that said I'd give it a 3.5 stars cause it is fun

I've been on VW for almost 6 years, and love all the games and features! I just hit a big problem with this newest upgrade, however. (Jan 2022) Jitterbug Smartphones will not work with this version, and once you install it there's no going back to the old one. When I don't have access to a PC, I have no way to play. Fantastic and fun game, but I sure hope they fix this issue soon. BEWARE... If you are on the older version and it works, don't install this Jan 2022 update on an android.

The app is not mobile optimized so the UI is barely usable. If you engage in the chat function, the keyboard and chat bar take up the entire screen so you miss the rest of what is going on around you. The good news is that because it's not mobile optimized, you can't go full screen and can't really see what is happening even when you're not trying to interact with the other players.

I wanted to install the stand-alone Fringo game, but I guess bit was removed & intigrated into this game at some point, but it also seems to have been removed, as it was not in the Bingo options. Bring back Fringo & I will leave a good rating.

My internet is fine but this new update keeps crashing me telling me to reset my app I'm not on it with another device so why is it doing this? Fix this please.

After most recent update a message shows on the homepage saying I need to update again, it will not let me past that screen. Please fix

I purchased gems on 3 25th 2022 for 19.99 and never got them, yet , no one will even reply they took my with no problem ill never use this site , again .its a rip off.ill play else where i will get , what i paid for, BG e careful. It kepps saying i already own them but im not getting them

All the sudden yesterday I log on on my phone and the game is forcing the navbar on my phone to stay open and then if I leave the phone sit for 30 seconds my phone goes to sleep. It used to NEVER do this. And I know its this game because my other games work perfectly normal.

It glitches alot and kicks me off right in the middle of a game! It used to be so much more fun. Fix it please

Been playing site for over 3 years without a problem, just wish l hadn't updated February 2022 it has ruined everything, so many problems, so disappointed!!!!!

They changed the format again now it's impossible to log in ! nowhere on the web page does it show log in existing player very fustrating they also changed the logo January 6 2022

VW needs to treat the faithful members better. The drawing for the 100k gems have been given to non members for 90% of the time. The tourists that haven't been on game for years. Plus many other things.

When I installed an upgrade to my smartphone the application stopped working

Not having fun at all matter of fact when I'm trying to play the game I cannot get off the game to answer the phone because it won't let me. Sometimes I can restart the game five times and I got the spin three times because it keeps booting me off sometimes before I even get to spend sometimes you're on for a minute sometimes you're on for 20 seconds sometimes you're on for a minute 42 seconds crazy I'm going to have to boot it from my phone bye-bye

Great game with we could do more but whatever I only gave 3 stars because lately the game keeps kicking people out or it freezes up and you have to refresh or come out and come back in. Please fix this problem EVERYONE is complaining about. Oh and it doesn't matter if I'm on my phone or PC.

I like the game, but it can be really slow, it's lagging, then that's when you get f*****!!! I was playing a game of Texas Hold'em, I got to a profit of over 1M then the game kicked me off. I logged back into my profile, and I only had 50k!!! I tried to contact a employee but with internet based company's it can be hard to do that. I was never able to solve my problem, but I never actually spent real money on it, and if you do play on a real computer,because I was told that,that was my problem.

Must buy GEMS to move up to a new level...basic 1 level has many slots to play but new games cost money,...gems given once in awhile thru Treasure Box icon....Free Tickets can be earned or given thru Treasure Box...time consuming game...never used it...complicated to use...good app for occasional use?..
