This app for Android users always crash when you're trying to look at your pay history 🤔. This is an on going issue for a long time now that's well known but for some strange reason, it's not fix. Only the area of this app where drivers check their load pay details is not working. It's not hard to tell what happening there. Many drivers are talking about it. They can fix everything else but just won't fix this issue.
It needs an update to include the ability to disable printing. Our company no longer issues paper receipts and the app freezes up on most deliveries because its trying to send bluetooth to a printer that is not available.
This app really sucks. It doesn't work when I'm trying to scan a bay tag with my camera. I can't even do my work on my phone. Fix the camera scanning issue!
Freezes and causes phone to freeze no ability to print without the diversified printer or ability to email myself load lists and delivery receipts for me and customer scanner does not always work and have manually entered vins
Doesn't open keeps saying connecting to dispatch, really annoying!!!

Please show the load number under "delivery history". Makes no sense having to waste paper printing out a shag receipt to get a load number. It would be good to also get a copy of the receipt sent to our email automatically. Ever since new update u have to keep putting in your log in info when reopening app, before it was stored automatically.
Tribeca driver, works well for me. For those who complain about speed, blame your wireless provider. We all know t-mobile sucks.

When it wants to work it is very slow!! At start up it freezes, can't email me a copy of delivery receipts has problem finding vehicle bar codes! Now it seems it completely change my log in information and there is no 24hr help line!!
This app sucks...
Been trying to use this app for about an hour and already hate it. Can not print because it says it does not have access to Bluetooth and has no option to enable it. Does not give you the option to just pull up a pdf file so you can print through wireless or have the ability to email it at the least. This app is very lacking in user friendliness and ability.
