Vehicle Trip Logbook Tracker

Paying to download reports is a bit sneaky, but not surprising. I've used this app for 3 years now and it has served me well, albeit the end of year manual work to transfer trip data to a combined file for tax purposes. I'm moving away from this app, as clients are starting to request emissions data which this app doesn't consider (CO2, Nox, Sox etc.). There are other apps available that combine trip data, vehicle type, fuel consumption, tax, emissions and hours for stationary engines i.e. generators, and other mobile plant equipment. Good effort for what it was and the time, but client now require more detail.

A very good app, but it's missing a key feature. It would be very helpful if the days of the week (Sunday, Monday, etc.) could be added to the reports. This is especially important for those who need to do a lot of manual cleaning up of their reports. I'd give the app 5 stars if this feature were added. Another nice feature would be a setting that would not record trips of less than certain mileage, e.g., disregard any trip < 1 mile.

Simple, easy and useful. The only drawback I noticed is that not all the cars I drive have Bluetooth and in these cases I have to manually start and stop the trips as well as select the correct vehicle if not already set. I also like the distance variation factor that can be costomized per vehicle as most of the cars I drive have the problem where they count more or less kilometers than was actually driven. It works well for me, I like it.

Update: Still loving this app a year later. The paid version gives me all the reports I need for taxes. The developer was very helpful sorting out a bug when I changed to a new phone I like it. I tried 3 different mileage trackers and this one was the easiest to use. I have it set to start and stop trips manually, which works well for me, because I can immediately designate if this trip is business or personal. If I forget to start or stop a trip, it's very easy to edit. It leaves me in control.

Best app I found, worth the small fee for pro version, allows reports separating business from work. Starts automatically when it connects to your car, never have to take it out of your pocket. Only challenge I have is the app started with higher than correct km on my vehicle, I didn't notice, now I cannot change it back to be accurate of my odometer.

Have been using this for the last few days, and have already paid for a subscription. It's great - easy and intuitive to set up and use, hasn't been draining my phone's battery yet, and has been very accurate with the mileages it's recorded. Lots of features, even in the free version (which is well worth using!). The only extra thing I can think of for it to have, is if you could select more than one vehicle at a time in the reporting. Overall an excellent app.

Awesome app, does everything I need it to do! Was looking for something that did *not* automatically log trips. And the subscription is cheap. Only suggestion? Add reporting that excludes time and lists only date. It's fine editing the spreadsheet, but this would be convenient for those that don't need or desire times as the IRS does not require them, only dates for trips.

Absolutely brilliant! Tried many others before and this one's the best! I set it up only to record trips automatically when connected to my car charger and this way I don't have to remove some train rides from the log in the end of the month (unlike with some other tools) It also allows me to name any regular addresses and these are then neatly presented in my mileage report. Another feature I love is how easy it is to adjust the end meter reading according to car mileage reading. Love it!

Absolutely brilliant. Highly recommended I you travel a lot for business. I love that it uses Bluetooth to auto detect which vehicle is used. Of course GPS samples once per second and may be a little bit off, also any car's odometer is not 100% accurate, so readings my differ ever so slightly from your vehicle's. But to address this the app offers (1) a user friendly editing feature to edit past trips and (2) a conversion factor that can automatically be applied between estimated GPS and real km

Very well made, and easy to use. Needed it for work trips. Tried several overdeveloped applications, but this one just/only did what I needed: - Automatically starts trip based on Bluetooth connection - Easy to switch trips between business and private - Ability to export (needed subscription). - Recognized stored places and adjusted private/business notation based on stored places automatically. Possible improvements: - Export is in a old excel version, please update to latest version. - Issue with odometer. Sometimes I used the bike to travel. Cannot turn off odometer registration or switch between vehicles. Just ignored this registration because i just needed the traveled distance.

Surprisingly accurate. Out of 6 trips so far, I've only had to change the distance on one (it was only out by 1km). It automatically records when my phone connects to my car's Bluetooth and stops when I turn off the car. The app makes it easy to record refills based on the gas prices and the amount you spent

This is superior to other apps such driversnote for people who use a company car for personal use. Reporting is customizable and easy to use, makes it easy to meet information required by auditors without sharing excess personal information. Easy to validate trips and fix errors, thanks to odometer records per trip, instead of by day in other apps. Powerful features, such as splitting, combining, or shifting trips. Auto record works FLAWLESSLY if you disable battery optimization. After 30,000km over 6 months the accuracy is better than 99.75%.

This app is very short on it's features! I tried putting two vehicles on this app, it always went back to the mileage on the list that I had inputted to the app. I did edit, over edit, over edit and this piece of junk kept defaultin' back to my first in the line. Also, when I would input an address, I sitting right in front of, the damn thing was a double blank on the destination, where I was sitting. Also, I tried to print out my log of trips! Guess what? It states, that I have to pay for this

It does everything I could ask for but with 1 problem. I'm only giving 4 stars for a problem I'm having (which may not be the app's fault). My odometer in the app counts too slowly. So between logs I'm constantly having to manually increase the start reading. In a 10KM trip it will record around 9KM so as a business tool this is still very inaccurate for me and leaving several unaccounted gaps between trips. Now this could be my car's odometer being out but by that much? I find it highly unlikely as I used to always drive down the express ways where they have those signs to check your odometer readings... 1KM.. 2KM.. Etc and it was always spot on. I'll do some more tests with Google Maps or another app to determine where the fault lies. If this is a known app flaw I'd love to hear back from you because other than this 1 problem, the app meets all my needs.
