Best app hands down!! I've tried many vein finder apps and nothing worked until I paid for this app. Works like a charm every time! In the left upper corner you can change the veiw from black and white to color. I suggest using color then switching to make sure. I'm using Samsung Galaxy s10e

The vein Scanner application needs improvement when it comes to its resolution with an android phone. To find a vein, I had to hold the phone a certain distance to be able to see certain veins. Working in the healthcare field, medical personnel would need a vein application that can have better rapid usability searching for veins. Overall, the Vein Scanner application needs update application usability abilities for any user who owns an iPhone or Android device.

It works but not great. I think most people claiming it doesn't work just need to get better phones with better cameras. Body hair gets in the way. Look at an area where you know there is a squiggly vein. Back of the hand or your anterior side of the wrist. Now you know what to look for.

Horrible. I mean all it did was really go black and white and make the surface veins appear more darker but it was if it was holligraphic so you turn the phone and the vein wouldmove or the image change. I would like to request a refund please tell me how. Thanks. I cant say it doesnt work but I can say on the LG Tribute Dynasty the app doesn't do much of what is says. Maybe on the surface but not obvious. Refund? Soon? Thanks.

I work in harm reduction and i am a recovering addict. I wish this app was around years ago when i was using. Ive tested It out on myself and can see the veins quite well depending how far away im holding my phone. I didnt believe this app would work but it does. I have tested It on some of the clients i deal with as an outreach worker. Will continue to recommend to everyone that could benefit from it. I only wish there was a way to provide it for free or at a reduced price for those in need

I can faintly see the veins that are visible anyways. My father is 85 years old and I need to see his veins. This did not help me or the nurses see any better. We are on our 3rd try looking for a vein to fit the cannula. This app was not helpful. I am giving 2 stars to credit the effort and possibly considering our Mediterranean (Caucasian) skin for the failure. More power to you. Please contact me if performance is improved. Thanks again

Come on! For those of you saying people need a better camera on their phone - Maybe... But think of this- The app was updated last in 2017!! That's 5 years of technology not implemented into this paid app! Not cool

I have been a phlebotomists 45 years and have seen electronic vein finders that cost a lot of money . This app rivals and exceeds those machines for a fraction of the cost.

Believe the reviews. First notification upon opening it after install was 'this was made for an older verion of android and may not work' Only shows what you can see with the naked eye. This is not helpful unfortunately. I'm currently in a phlebotomy course and thought this may give a little assistance.

So it works but not 100% like it claims it does. Still I could see my veins just had to keep maneuvering the phone and my arm to adjust to the lighting to get a clear visual

It doesn't work, I tested it on my hands and it just made them look shiny. My skin is VERY white, I can see some veins easily but this app had trouble even seeing those ones! So pointless

Not as great as I would have thought it to be. I was hoping this might work on really difficult IV sticks. I'm pretty good I was just hoping this might help in people who are the type to be stuck a few times because they are difficult IV sticks.

Only shows what you can already see with eye. This app is the worst $4 i've ever spent. The light is just a black and white camera and only shows what u can already see. This is the reason i never buy apps 😡

The app genuinely does reveal veins that are not visible to the naked eye. Extremely useful for those situations where vein finding is at the top of the agenda. If you know, you know.

It worked with easy to find visible veins, but did nothing with any of the ones you know are there but had to palpate to find. I was hoping it would work better.

Samsung G S7, it only shows veins that I can already see. I wonder if camera lens filters are reason for this. Samsung has a glass lens cover, but it can see IR from a remote control device.

Wow , Fact I am going back to medical school, I never thought that something you can download on any phone device would make life easier for people who need to get such results, my wife was having a not so stressed free day and was frustrated from trying to find her vein to receive her meds and said she needs more light cause she doesn't see or feel her veins so I ask google assistant to get a app that shows veins like hospital and Bam!!! Just like that, and it cost 4.00 for the app so I knew it

Holy cow. I tried to save a few bucks by trying out the free versions, but this app blows the others away. Well worth the price of your phone is up to the challenge, and my phone is nothing special.

Don't waste your money. All it does is show a black and white photo with camera flash on. Thanks for scamming me.

Bought this app today and sad to say but this app does NOT work...maybe it works on premie babies with see through skin- but not on anyone else... I would like my refund please.

I can see how it works...but doesn't work very well with my Motorola Droid Z force... maybe I will purchase app when I upgrade my phone.

I'm actually surprised despite negative reviews it works fine for me Huawei Mate 30 pro....... Did however crash the first few times but I've had no issue with it as of yet.....

The app does not work well. Even the superficial veins do not show well on the app.

It didn't work the veins were not visible enough and it maybe other images look like the vein it was blurry and unclear

Not showing any veins that I couldn't see already and could better see the veins with my naked eye than when I was looking doe them through the app.
