Was OK. I just seemed to get links & articles to read. We opted to go to a more televisit help for what we needed. I can find all the articles I want to read online but, just find it difficult to fit reading into how full my days are. Our Nurse Case Manager through the insurance company itself and in home Hospice and Visiting Nurses are offering a more in-person experience that we need right now. The case managers were very friendly but, it's just not for everyone.
This site is not good
As of the November 18,2020 update, this app will not update nor allow me access to the old app, therefore I can not turn in my daily reports. It has been pending since 10AM yesterday. Very frustrating.
It has it's bug at times where it won't let me add my notes this happened to me three times. Something needs to be done.
It's a very, very convenient app. I'm a caretaker for my father and it makes it very convenient for me to communicate with everyone on his team.
Great app, but even better people behind it... I have nothing bad to say about Caregiver Homes!!!
Absolutely awesome! My caregivers take such good care of me and I can message them anytime on Vela. They also welcome phone calls. I am so impressed with Humana for this free service. Top quality care.

I always have trouble with this app...it was fine before now with all the new updates it diesn't wirk fir me at all!!
Very easy to understand and navigate
New to this app but you cannot use it to register? Only to log in? That should be updated.
was working OK but today it saying nothing is schedule not letting me do my note right now I had this problem online was told app better now I can't do my note
I have to constantly uninstall due to it logging me out and not taking my log info
It works when it feel like it I have trouble often
it takes to long to download the update.
Sometimes it doesn't save and I have to do it again the next time I go in to do the next day
Love this app, helps family take car of loved ones. Indispensable.
Now we are able to stay connected. This is a wonderful device. Safe and it will get me closer to my family's care team.
