Bordering on unusable. Crashes constantly. Terrible interface. Just an absolutely dreadful app. I'll be cancelling my service as soon as I have the time to arrange an alternative.
Slow as hell and occasionally forever loading
Just keeps saying an error has occurred and to try again later, I had to pay cash for my fuel as I couldn't use the app to see my pin.
Excellent, this mobile app is as good and easy to use as it is using the website off a desktop computer.

Stopped working, can no longer log in. Just says 'an error has occurred'
not working. wont log in. keeps saying 'the requested network activity as timed out. please retry. ' it was working prior to that. tried uninstalling a d re installing ut still the same. no good to me.
I downloaded it and it wont let me create an an acc its just saying log in
Rubbish won't let me in at all if the kinesis app ends I will be cancelling
Unable to look up my pins.. App closes when chosung this option. I'm using an Huawei phone. Please sort ASAP
App keeps closing on the PIN reminder screen. Which means for my new card I've no idea what the PIN is.
Dunno why others complain,all works for me,better than web version,wich are rubbish.

Very amateurish build in so many ways. It is actually that bad that it is easier from a mobile devise to open and login to the website and work from there. Stuff being copied to the clipboard and pasted on every login, no way to close it, then next time you open it, you have to log out first and then login again to actually get some data. Sometimes it stops refreshing after 20sec (log out/in again) or it will work for 5 mins...useless
