Can't log into app from phone even with the correct password. Useless app. EDIT:I've figured out the problem of not being able to log in for those affected. (which is probably everyone). The app asks for your velocity number, but it actually wants the user name that you set up for the account. If you place in your number like it asks, it won't work.

Fingerprint login is useless, it fails every single time. Says it recognises my fingerprints but then says too many attempts, fails, and requires my password. I've complained about this before and was told to update the app, but I have the most recent version. It's been doing this since I got the app. Isn't it about time you fixed it? It's not my phone, fingerprint recognition works on other apps.

Frustrating at first. Could not log in after activating the card. Finally figured out that you need to use your login name where it asks for your velocity number. Very off putting. The developers need to fix this up Now or very few people will have the patience to use this app. The app actually works quite well after you overcome this hurdle.

I'm hoping someone can help, but the app won't recognise my (registered) card when I try to log in, it says the credentials are invalid. I've changed my password when prompted, numerous times, still won't let me in. I've been online and loaded money into it but it's just the app that I have an issue with.

Seen a lot of reviews complaining about this card and app. I have never had a problem. Proving my ID to get a limit increase was painless. The virtual card allows me to shop online and disable it when I don't need it. I use this app and card all the time.

Sort out the fingerprint logon, it doesnt work properly, complains about too many log on attempts, asks for security question everytime. seriously this is the first thing a user sees. Its a painful experience trying to get into the app. Terrible.

Continuous Login issues. The app isn't particularly 'user friendly', nor intuitive. Slow to update credits to the account & spending transactions are difficult to follow.

I cannot select AUS$ as the currency to exchange from in the app. I have to login to the website on my desktop computer to be able to select AUS$ to exchange from. Which is a bit weird when I only have AUS$ loaded onto my card! Can this anomaly be fixed please? The exchange rate on Global Wallet is also not competitive, which discourages me from loading more than a few hundred dollars onto this card.

not a bad UI, nice and easy to understand. A pin number to access the app would be much better than having to put your password in every time.

after recently cancelling my virtual card, I'm no longer able to create one. my credit limit is over $1000 and i have more than $10 in my account. The virtual card is the best feature and hope this inconvenience can be fixed.

finger print security option keeps disabling itself and then will not let me turn it back on. I hate having to type my password every time I just want to check my balance.

keep getting error code 0 and if I try to do anything on the app it keeps coming up with do I want to log out. i get notifications but it won't tell me what it is when I click on it. it's useless in it's current form so puts me off using it anymore.

Can't login to my account using my phone. Even after I reset my password still can't login. Updated the app but still same problem. Cannot use the card until the problem is fixed. Disappointed!

My card was stolen and fraudulent charges made. There's no easy way to report a card as stolen and cancel transactions via the app. Not a secure enough app for financial transactions.

Rudest, unhelpful staff. I'm overseas and need my global wallet to access my money. She hung up the phone on me and when I called back denied my call, AVOID GLOBAL WALLET, RUBBISH SERVICE PATHETIC STAFF, and after all this i will be cutting up my velocity card and never returning to using the service. I used to recommended this app to everyone, now I will make sure they don't use it aswell. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING

I didn't know there is a $1.5 inactivity fee on 7days intervals. It also happens without notifications for you to check. I do not recommend holding any sums there as it can get wiped out in silence.

i have had the app for nearly 2 years and use it all the time however i have uninstalled and installed several times because of log in issues fingerprint ID is useless touch it once and it says too many tries and dismisses you but i still use it

So recently just sighned up to this cause i work on the roads alot on the run sometimes is the only place i can get to for fuel or other thing so seeing as i could get stuff back from these greedy on the run owners i sighned up used it total of 5 times for big amounts on stuff i bought cheack balance today only to be told my card is blocked finally get in to see my points only at 16 from one transaction wheres the rest of my points why was my card blocked after my first swipe??

Far too many down times. Also, when depositing funds, sometimes they don't appear for several days. This is the 21st century, for heaven's sake. Also, no option to log in with pin. 😠

10% commission per load is legalised theft. 1 point per 3 dollars spend. There are better loyalty programms, buyer beware.Now I know I will cancel the card.

this app is no good, loaded money but then couldn't exchange when I was away as it kept saying "error credentials not found". won't ever use again

fingerprint recognition doesn't work. too many attempts error before even touching it.

Doesn't work can't use can't upload documents and they start charging inactivity fee after 12 months wasted an hour to try to use it useless beta should not be available

Fingerprint sensor doesn't work and you have to sign in using your password every time

It's annoying EVERY GOD DAMN TIME doing security question. I want it easy like my normal banking... Just a pin

What's the use of fingerprints security if you still need to enter your password. Piece of junk App
