Some cool things about us: we use only the freshest ingredients available, make our tortillas fresh in-house daily, slow roast our own chicken and corn, and make everything from scratch. Which means our food tastes really awesome.

Had the free chips and queso offer but could never redeem it since it kept showing not available in the menu. Tried multiple locations but none of them worked. Ultimately the offer expired
Not user friendly, i would say avoid the app. I ended up with a lot of food that i didn't intended to order, with no way of canceling it. Lesson learned no move velvet taco app for me.
* Unable to change tip amount * Free order to redeem was not applicable to my order(so why market in first place). * Change in location automatically removed some of my cart orders without notifying
It kept crashing several times I had to try to put in my order I finally had the log out almost do a reset on the phone before it finally would take my order
Doesn't auto link with card used in store like I was expecting. Have tried submitting reciepts after spending around $500 but no reaponse.
Of the many restaurant apps I use on a regular basis this one ranks in the top five. It is easy to use, works every time I go to use it, and makes the ordering process quick and easy. It's very nice being able to walk in past the long line that is generally present at all locations and pick up my food usually with very little to no wait.
not awful and it probably deserves a three but I'm really fed up with not being able to separate orders out for different people. there's also no way to customize sauces on the side. for $5 a taco I expect to be able to have a little easier time .But it does work for my phone to check out and pay but you forget your password you'll never get it back.
app used to give an option to write in customization. now there are only check boxes.
Jackie is my favorite she's has the very best personality and energy every time I'm here feels awesome.
This app would be better if it could just 3D print tacos directly into my hands.

The food? 15/10. The staff? 35/10. Why would you not want to eat at a place that "can't wait to serve you ALL the tacos"?? Literally love every element of this place!!

The Domain in Austin, Texas is not a location option once you choose another location as your default location.
Doesn't recognize my velvet taco account from before. App appears to be through a different provider now. very finicky. Doesnt allow auto fill for info
Super-easy ordering on the app and drive-thru pick-up. They even gave my little doggie a biscuit when we went to pick our order up. :)

Terrible app, I order a lot from here this update crashes and doesn't load. The old app was better.
Easy to use and pick up experience was simple and fast.
First order was good but orders last night and today cannot be placed because of Error Validating Basket.

I grew up eating authentic tacos in "little Mexico" east tulsa. These are gourmet tacos flexin 5 stars strong, in my humble opinion.

Always perfect never an issue
Very buggy. Slow and can not place an order. This is very unfortunate since we liked their food. They need to fix this very quickly otherwise they will lose so many orders.
