Venezia's Pizzeria

This is my favorite Pizza place but their application has been super broken for about two months. First I couldn't select a location and now I can't get past payment. Used the new website a couple time's but I don't like it. I've definitely ordered less since it's stopped working.

The website is far more functional than the app, which is pretty slow, clunky, and buggy. I've used the app several times now and never receive a confirmation email, and the in-app confirmation doesn't fully display (or save if the app closes somehow, since I gave up long ago on ever registering and always checkout as a guest.) Paying with a card is a pain in the behind: it looks as if the app opens a zoomed out webpage for secure checkout, but it can't be chrome since my autofill doesn't work!

Multiple problems with app. Can't find my location for delivery OR takeout - it just spins forever. I tried to remove location services to manually select location but same problem. Earlier, I tried to just log in, but after 30 minutes it was still spinning. When I tried to make a new account, nothing at all happens. Tried killing app and rebooting many, many times. App is absolutely broken. Highly recommend calling or using their old-looking website to put in the order.

Never works. Addresses never save. Login doesn't exist when it does. Things from the menu disappear.. like getting a pizza slice. Delivery and pickup times not accurate. App crashes. App deletes your order from the cart. App continuously brings you to the first page before you an finish checking out. Checkout gets stuck. App is useless.

I just uninstalled this app as the mobile website is better. I can use Google Pay on the mobile site too. I just bookmarked it and added it to my home screen for quicker access. A PWA would be a better solution. Update: I downloaded the latest version, and it's even worse than before. When I try to checkout, the cart gets into a refresh loop and doesn't stop. 1/16/2021: still having issues ordering using the app. It's a shame that the food is good, but their app and website are so terrible.

kinda clunky interface but gets the job done! it would be nice if the deals could be applied after building the cart instead of having to build the cart after selecting the deal. overall a good, simple app for a local favorite :)

Good app but lacks smooth user interface. Clunky and doesn't always load. However, gets the job done most of the time and most other pizza places don't have an app that I know of, so that's cool.

I love this pizza place. The food is always fantastic and I cant get enough of it. Now they have an app so I don't even have to talk to someone to get my delicious Venezia's. It looks fantastic, and works really well. For those of you who are kinda lazy like me, it will even save my card information so I dont have to enter it in every time I wan t some food.

The app has been glitchy recently and when you hit cart, it just keeps flashing the screen. It used to be great. I have been having to call in to order. Please fix the app.

Wasted so much time trying to get this app to work for 18% off. I guess Venezia's leadership skipped on paying for app testing and expect their customers to go through the frustration of doing it for hopes of a discount?? Website works better, there isnt even an option to delete things from your cart! LOL

Best restaurant around! They're known for their large pizza slices that's one slices is a meal. But try their sandwiches! They are delicious, big, not just with Bread either, but with real food in the sandwich. If you like authentic cannolis, this is the place. The cheesecake, yum yum, creamy Yum. My regular orders usually consists of their fantastic beasts of salad. Their ranch dressing and they're blue cheese is good enough to just drink. I get the spinach salad and it goes down so easy.

Sometimes, it stops working but generally useful and easy

I've only been able to login and use the app once. The rest of the time it sits there buffering the login. This app does not work and and needs a major fix.

If you sign up using your google account the app will ask for FULL ACCESS to your google drive. This is completely unacceptable. Sign up using a throw away email. Also they do give you a coupon for downloading and using the app which is nice.

It's a decent app that gets the job done, but the experience is somewhat buggy and clunky. The lack of Google Pay support is a big turnoff.

False delivery zone- useless app. Have to call the store to order delivery (I am in the delivery zone but the app says I'm not). Very frustrating why even offer an app that doesn't work

Will not work cannot sign in nor can I just enter my address. Food is good but when you cannot order through the app for a large group wanting different items, it not worth the hassle.

Why in the world am I blocked from using your app unless I turn on my GPS location for it. You do not need that as I put in the delivery address. What are you tracking with the GPS. I guess I will be deleting this app.

I am also experiencing the glitchy app. I had to uninstall. You can not get past the cart to complete your order.

all this app does is keep refreshing the screen when you're trying to check out. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times it's not useful at all.

Cannot purchase. Adding product to my cart, checking out... app spins and spins and I'm literally not able to buy a single pizza.

Great pizza! it's so good you have to wait for it! that's the only drawback is delivery time. However, it's delivery, I don't have to leave my house and someone brings me delicious pizza!

Horrible. Can't sign in. Reset password multiple times. New users get a coupon but unusable app.

Has worked once and never again the app won't load either a list of restaurants or the map so you can't order anything.

After entering your card information to pay for the order it just takes you back to the main page and you have to start the entire order all over again. I was never able to order food.

Amazing app. Started out disappointed in the app but after having them contact me & updating the app, I'm able to order off of the app. Very pleased with the app & company.

They changed their credit card processor and now you can't finalize payments. I tried multiple cards multiple times.

Credit card transaction doesnt work, I have tried multiple times, with multiple cards. All I get is a bunch of code saying it didn't work.

Original app was hot garbage. It's been totally rewritten and is much more reliable now.
