The only functionality I saw was an offline map, except that it didn't work, because it wanted to download again with every app start. For whatever reason, this app creates an account on the phone. To me it looks like a scam, but if someone managed to find a useful function, perhaps there is a legit purpose.

Worked great for me especially off line..Great indication of where we were and & need to go with distance ..Must have for Venice more convenient than a paper map ..would be 5 stars but a bit of confusion sometimes on direction of arrow ..

We visited Venice for a few days and used this app as it did not need an Internet connection if you have placed all your site's on it beforehand.
We visited this city today and application saved a lot of time for us. We was able to see most popular places in one day

No GPS despite your app playstore promises!? Like *no* GPS functionality. At all. None. Period. Useless. Totally, unless I did something wrong... ?
Really glad I downloaded this app. Even with the data and wifi turned off, the GPS worked a charm. Well, most of the time, give or take a street/canal or two. Wifi or data roaming is needed to access the additional info about the sites. Definitely will use an Ulmon map app again.
Very useful map so will use them again. Better if you pay roaming charges I would think.
Works great if you don't have service abroad. Restaurants, etc not completely up to date so do some research ahead of time and save them to the app before you go. Then use the GPS once there.
Only feature that worked for me was the offline GPS map -- saved me numerous times in the alley ways of Venice

Even if the locator doesn't work just look for the name of a nearby restaurant and you will know where you are
This took us to the shortcuts the locals used and saved us getting lost and stressed in this wonderful place.
