The layout is very...clunky. I understand what the aim was but it's not executed well. The organization of categories is manageable. Some of the items lack description (pricing, what is included or excluded)
It was a pain trying to log in. Asks for a url... I already have an account so my username/pw should just direct me to whichever server the account is on. Navigation is smoother but the interface is cluncky. The section to suggest businesses is gone. No option to move to sd!😒 There have always been problems with this app.
A lot of room for improvement. 1. I don't want to remember a separate username password other than my work id. If I forget it I need to login to my work account. How about allowing personal emails as secondary logins or using sms authentication. 2. Should be an option to report broken deals from the app itself. 3. When I click on favourite why does it ask for confirmation? An unnecessary extra click. ******* Update -10/Mar. ******* Report issue is not available on mobile app.
Apps not working. Can't login or sign up same errors "Invalid Organization ". This message is started after last update and everything was OK before update.
the app looks way different than what it used to look like 2 years ago 👍👍👍. it's faster more modern looking and still easy to use
Please!!! Get rid of the Active Mapping when trying to scroll through perks regardless of whether you're browsing by Distance or A-Z. Chewing up data, GPS, and battery resources for nothing. Plus, the map is too intrusive to the screen and it makes scrolling very slow, jerky, and terribly annoying. Mapping should only be important once you select a specific Perk.
No perks anywhere in the app. Every category is blank.
Full of glitches! Really difficult to navigate. Not easy to just browse companies or products. Often when I click a link it says I don't have access to this page and suggests unclear my cookies. Still doesn't seem to work. And I need to click the search button several times to get the keyboard to work on this app.
Molasses. Updating info from old app to new was like watching paint dry.
I would give 0 stars if it were possible. The mobile site wasn't working (just spins every time I try loading a perk) so I thought the app would help...but there's no option to input my organization's credentials, which is the only way I can access it. Worst app ever

Will not open as Google says it is a not supported site so app does not work.
Keeps saying request timed out .... I couldn't log in at all right from the start Deleted the app downloaded again and still couldn't get it to accept my log in without timing out. No point in wasting space on my phone for something I can't use .
Everytime i click on a deal it says loading and spins endlessly... the offer never opens. So incredibly frustrating when there's deal I wanted to use for a trip were going on.
On valid user error every time I try to login. When using a laptop I have to reset my password every time. AND when I can finally get in, the website doesn't load. Terrible.
Every time I press "online" to redeem, it just goes to a green screen with a back button. There are always issues with this app for all platforms.
I can go on the website on my desk top. downloaded the app and it says my user name is invalid. tried many times to login. would be nice if I could do this on the go and not have to open the browser everytime. !
2021-04-08 Cannot redeem When clicking on a store and then trying to redeem the coupon/savings, the page is blank and this is for all stores. Redeem function used to work I recall in January the last time but now stopped. 2021-05-12 issue resolved, thank you
The app was working fine until recently. It says it san't log in, and that my user name and/or password is invalid but I can log on the website with the same info.
I downloaded the app to sign up for my workperks. Why the hell Is there only a sign in option. This must be the worst app in existence with no option to sign up!!! What a waste of time
It's so bad now that it has limited functions like it's missing my account setting section and a lot of categories, the android back button wont work, there's no up button to go all the way back to the top
It does not let you log in. Comes up with a request timed out notification. It happens even if I enter name and password in under 20 seconds.
I just downloaded the app and they want my account name and password. I am a member of RTEO so I thought that would be the account name but it says,"invalid account name." Not sure how to set it up.
Total garbage app! Uploaded to try second time and still the same! Why are you in this business! I was refused discount at freshii 2 days ago even I showed them the code from this app. Embarrassing and waste of time. Are you going compensate my discount money???
Unable to login via app as Request times out. Tried to login via website but it throws incorrect username /password error even though the credentials are correct. Please fix this issue.
I can't even log in with the app as it says invalid username. Yet I can on my laptop and internet on my phone. It's a shame as it would have been convenient to use. :(
This is my second rating for the refreshed app experience. I think the new UI works quite well in for the perks available. The loading times have improved with search and Category view. I think category view could be improved with the category header to be slightly larger, since promoted offer badge is so much larger, I have a tendency to tap on that instead of the header to access full category of offers.
