Vera's Burger Shack App

1. I was unable to tell what was in each burger, I had to check the website or google reviews to find out. 2. I couldn't end up placing my order because it wouldn't accept my credit card. 3. The process of adding a card was very difficult 4. I ended up calling to do a pick up and the total price was more than the app showed. Would love to see a working version. Perhaps easier to use uber eats or door dash for pick up.

This whole app is a waste of time. Firstly to order I have to have this app? What a joke. It's a complete setup falsely draw to the establishment. So many goops to jump through just to order. And why do I have to put my credit card information in before I can even look at your menu or try ordering? Do what every other customer based business does and have that information at checkout. Waste and time. Stop trying to make yourselves feel better by a sense a validity. You're loosing customers.

I have been having issues with paying by preloaded credit since last year & no action has been taken. Since I've tried many times without success, I requested a refund, but no response since Apr 21st...

Impossible to work with seamlessly to customise each burger; the "Find Vera's" feature freezes when you input postal code; very frustrating! Wasted my time!

Veras just lost out on a sale do to this app not sending out the 6 digit text code that the app requires a new user to input. UPDATE: Dev replied immediately with a solution to my issue.

Uninstalled immediately.. wouldn't let me order without putting credit on my account. Sorry just charge me as I order. You just lost a customer.

Ordered on the app. Pick up 5:55 pm. The store had no idea. So what's the point of the app. Anyway ordered from somewhere else.

This app used to work great now it no longers works. Too bad i loved ordering from them.

They apparently don't want my business, as I have been waiting for ten minutes to receive my notification email.

I couldn't even find the Ontario location so didn't even come close to placing an order. Not cool

Payment method is broken in the app you can not place an order peroid. Nothing has been done to fix it

why is this an app? just make your mobile website usable.

The app functions but unfortunately Vera's does not accept payment from the app when you do not have enough balance. Other similar apps allow for you to pay the outstanding balance with cash. So now I have $7 stuck on there because I don't intend to top up

Just down load this app and I really have some issues with it the first impression. The most important thing is Help. It doesn't fill in the email receiptient for you, consequently you cannot send your inquiry, seem like they don't really want to hear from you. Another thing, I have trouble trying to find the balances of my gift cards. Neither the app nor the cards themselves points you to a valid website or a 1-800 number you can call. These are the two issues I have initially.

This app i very poorly designed. The user interface is terrible. I spent ten minutes trying to figure things out before I gave up. You guys really need to re-evaluate the flow of the application. It's hard to order and make customizations.

Previously experienced an error with the app, however once I connected with ReUp, this error has been rectified I am told and they were quite accommodating in ensuring that things were also fixed on my end. Looking forward to trying out the app again. Update: tried multiple times to use this app without success. It does not let you order for pick up as soon as possible. It either says no times are available or gives you an available time hours later. Since the beginning this has been an issue and the app company was quick to help out in the beginning but with the constant issues, it's more hassle than its worth. I would recommend ordering from elsewhere.

I like Vera's but I kind of don't like that you have to add a credit card to it. What if I want to pay with cash? I just don't get points? Edit: alright, after reading the reply it's only fair I give you back another star. Though arguably the app is unintuitive?

Back button does not exit the app, no way to store favorite/regular location.

Train your staff how to use it. Just tried UBC. No clue
