App worked fine for months, request to install update to log in... now app crashes at log in. Learning through the reviews Developer doesn't offer support. Uninstalling and contacting medical provider who is linked to this app and reporting app as ineffective. UPDATE: Checked app again. Request for another update. Installed, app performs as should. I'm always having issues logging into this app. I've changed my password 3 times and now it states my password is reset but to what I don't know. I don't receive an email or text with instructions.

The app has been acquired by McKesson and has seen significant updates. Image capture for insurance, hipaa compliance for messaging, inquiries that are customizable. App works on both IOS and Android. Touch ID and Face ID enabled.

I can't even log into it. It crashes every time I try. How am I supposed to use this?

Recover password. Have to enter birth date, have to go through the screen one month at a time back to my birth date. 73 * 12 is how many times I have to swipe right. No way to enter the birthday quicker. Won't use this app leave me alone

Unable to use app. After login indicates a newer version is avaiable and forwards to play store to update but no update is available. I have the latest available app on play store for my device.

Forgot password but cannot reset. The site just keeps telling me it it has a problem. They have not fixed it. I guess they are afraid someone will steal my CPAP machine over the internet.

After numerous attempts to log in, doing uninstalls and reinstalls, this app won't let me in. My med supply company wants me to use it, but its a waste of time. I'd rather call them.

Stupid app tells me to go to playstore to update but the only buttons are uninstall and open. Just takes you back to the signup page to do it again.

As of right now I have tried ordering medical supplies and it won't let me change things like qty or submit anything. I tried multiple messages.

I'd be able to give a better review if the app would stop crashing. So far, not impressed even remotely!

I have been trying to set this up for two hours, and I am done. If you want to still provide my equipment, just use the phone like always.

Love the app! But...wish there was a way to order supplies through the app. That would make my life so much easier.

Awful, once you start an inquiry you cannot cancel it and stop notifications

I cannot remember my password or username and i sid qhat was prompted and no one is sending me a text or email as they say it will.
