I've had this bug a few times where I pick a fighter but it doesn't choose them and picks the other fighter, it's cost me a few decent fights. Buggy app but good concept
When I click links in my outlook emails it just automatically opens the verdict app and its very annoying no clue why it's happening.
Okay so for the past month I haven't been able to use verdict. It let's me log in but once I am logged in it doesn't let me do anything. The red circle stays spinning forever. What the heck verdict?
I usually don't write reviews, but after the quick help from support, I will. I had a technical issue on my account where I lost experience during fights. I shot the support team an email. They responded fast and fixed my problem in less than 20 minutes. I have so much appreciation for their quick help. The app is phenomenal and adds another dimension to how I watch fights. The round by round global scorecard is awesome to see and let's me know how others are scoring. Thank you so much Verdict.
Please add the ability to edit score of round (at least until the match is over) Sometimes we mess up 🥲
Verdict is great. I do see potential to expand features though, it would be nice to turn it into a one stop shop where you can click ona fighter and have tapology like statistics and fight history - another feature that would add so much to the app would be a history of your picks for ir against a fighter, so you can easily keep a running tally that builds the longer you use the app
THIS IS A MUST NEED FOR MMA FANS!!! Verdict lets you score rounds live for fights, and at the end you can see the average score that others gave for a round. Pretty neat stuff. Also, you can predict fights, and if you get it right, you get loads of XP (depending on how much you bet of course). You level up so there is a sense of accomplishment when you get more xp towards a level. Download it, you won't regret it!
This is the stupidest login method I've ever experienced (how is having to send an email easier than a password exactly?), especially since it seems to refuse to remain logged in. If you want to not have to login after every round, never ever close the app. You aren't taking credit card details, it does not need 'magic link security'. Great idea, horrible execution.
This could revolutionize the way of scoring fights. This could be the future of judging MMA , boxing or any combat sports. But it has one obvious flaw. As of now anyone who has installed the app score the fights even without actually watching it. I hope they find out one way to fix this.
Nice App with many opportunities to work upon. - Why does it sign one off ? That is upsetting; especially, if it happens once opening the app during event. - Sometimes it miraculously pops out scorecard of already rated fight once you open the round rating from the notification for existing fight. -Predictions of the card aren't visible on its main page. It needs every fight to be opened. - Can not see sharing entire card predictions to external apps. 5. Can improve appearance of page.
Actually wanted to write an app like this myself, checked the store, saw that verdict already did anything i could have imagined. it's a great way to get more engaged in the fights and test your knowledge of fighters. love seeing how well i did. I'd love to see more achievements or stats related to my performance in picks.
Need to be able to change your score if you put it in wrong by mistake
Been playing for a year and suddenly can't log-in for 2 weeks now. No answer to emails. Also, theres no message board or live chat feature, which it really needs. Try "FightPicks" app instead. Much more fun
Very fun to bet on sports, without spending real money. Also shows scores for mma fights, which is very helpful. The whole xp thing is kind of confusing, but I just bet for fun anyway.
Extremely fun, feels like fantasy football almost for MMA obviously very different. Runs really well, I personally like it Just for the upcoming schedule / calendar of these events. Their Instagram is great too.
This is a really good app, its fun to make your picks and to see what other people think about the fights aswell. My only problem with it is that its missing Bellator and ONE FC events. If they had more than just UFC events i would give the app 5 stars. (Edited 3 stars to 4 because they added Bellator)
I like this app a lot but I would like to say that there is a glitch in the app that messes with the trophies. I got a silver medal and it put it in as gold even though when i scroll down to see what my picks were, it says silver for the event
Solid companion for Fight Nights. The layout is light, results are updated instantly and there's plenty of interactive features. Apart from letting you predict fights and score rounds, Verdict allows you to be part of a collective leaderboard of MMA fans worldwide, peek at the most common picks for every bout and rank-up through a Jiu-Jitsu belt system. 10/10. GSP would be impressed by this performance.
Great app to get more involved in events. Just wish there was a way to score fights after the event, without the app telling me the results. As a fan from the UK I rarely watch events live.
This app makes watching fights way more fun! You get a digital currency to 'bet' with, and you get stats after each event telling how you placed globally. The only downside is that the prelims arent on there, only the main cards. Though they do have every single card, not just PPV.
Whenever i readjust my xp I'm risking for a prediction, i have to do it "twice" in order for it to be readjusted- submit the readjusted xp, back out, re-enter and submit the readjusted xp again. Fix this bug.
Ads are in the app now, and no option to remove them, uninstalled immediately. Also cannot delete account and no pure black mode (not even a dark mode!) even though it's now 2021. Very poor, highly disappointed, cannot recommend.
Most the time when I open and run the app there's a red loading icon which rarely goes away. I had no issue on my iPhone, but when I switched to a new S22 this happens all the time. Very disappointing since I'm a Verdict fan.
