I just updated to latest version. The fingerprint reader for login has never worked and it still does not work, If I try to log in with fingerprint the app still ask for a password, I use fingerprint to log into several other apps and they all work fine so it is a problem with the Veridian app. Hope someone fixes it soon!!!

I was trying to deposit a check with the app and it keeps glitching and shutting the app off on me. Pretty annoying that now I'm going to have to physically go into the bank to deposit a check now. I've never had a problem before. The last check I deposited was probably 2 months ago. Not sure why it's acting up now unless an update is screwing with it.

The app for the most part seems smooth except when it comes to loading the accounts on start up. The budgeting tools seems helpful but it likes to count transfers which inflates your money earned and money spent. They haven't fixed that issue the last year it seems. So I don't use that part of the app. All basic app functions are rather straightforward. Accounts will update if you refresh after a 30 second wait or so.

Annoying nag screen asking to turn on fingerprint reader even though it's turned off in settings. You can only save 1 account login which defeats the purpose of biometric login for me and renders the feature useless. For one account users it works great. But I have a business and personal account so it gets very annoying when I can't use the fingerprint login and it keeps asking me if i want to. Instead of saying NOT NOW it should have an option of NOT EVER.

The last update made it so the app only works half the time. Sometimes the includes pending isn't all that accurate (I've overdrawn about twice because the app told me I had sufficient funds ) Other than that, I love it! Being able to transfer money between accounts almost instantly is super convenient and it has so many features, I seem to discover a new one every week! 😊

The app was great until I got a new phone. Got the note 20 ultra and the push notifications don't work at all and no one can seem to figure out why. Everyone says its the phone. The phone is set up exactly as my note 10 plus, the notifications work on that phone. None of the developers can figure out what's wrong. The ast thing I was told was the phone was too new for them to do anymore troubleshooting.

Not happy with the last download to my LG Gpad tablet as it automatical rotated and locked the position of tablet from portrait to landscape. This is a disadvantage as it shows fewer accounts without any improvements to viewing page. The app had worked okay (3.5 stars) before this update with a few quirks that I had figured a work around. Will wait a while before updating my phone, maybe they can fix this bug.

2 stars: This app used to give me more information on my notifications. Now it just tells me the amount and not where the transactions occurred. UPDATE: This morning when I got my notifications about cleared transactions it had the information I wanted. I hope it wasn't a fluke, but it's freaking amazing that they fixed it! Awesome work developers!

Meh, clunky. Have fingerprint sign in set up but constantly has me enter in password. Slow to load if it even does load. Crashes randomly or won't even open the app. The last update made transfers confusing, don't care for the look either. Just today the app won't open, very convenient for me as I need to pay bills. Not happy with the app.

Gets the job done... kinda. If you have multiple accounts, like a personal and a business account, the app is very clumsy to use when switching accounts. Even without that issue, it gets "stuck" sometimes, where you get only a blank screen.

I use this to check balances, pay bills, and transfer from different accounts. I love the mobile deposit, it makes it so easy especially when I am out of town. I like the changes that have been made in recent months to show scheduled payments and the amounts that will come out of my checking account for those payments in a set period of time. Scheduling repeat bills has been a real bonus for me.

I had to deal with this bank because of my car loan. I wouldnt ever use it again. I was told it would be $7 charge to make a payment over the phone. Can't make payments online. Still being charged my last payment even tho i went in and paid it in full. I and was told they would send me a refund check and could not deposit directly in my account. Not helpful at all!

After the December 22nd update I am having issues on both android 11 pixel 2 and pixel 4. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app, otherwise I would get some message like 'accounts cannot be found'. I can no longer make transfers. It will spin for ~10-15 seconds before giving an error. Additionally, I have seen a dramatic decrease in performance with changing which page I am viewing (takes at least 20 seconds for each click).

For years this app as well as the online banking has been utterly terrible. I am so sick of not being able to take care of things on my phone. Services are usually unavailable, I often encounter login issues which sometimes are due to system outages or errors with the app or website. Looking forward to switching to a bank that can handle their online support in the year 2018.

I love this credit union ! No kidding ! I'm usually treated really well and I really enjoy the mobile banking app This thing is pretty easy to use, and that's saying alot because I'm not one to say that about any app. For the most part I haven't been treated well by any phone, computer or app. I've never been able to get thru the self check without it stopping on me. I cant do anything successfully on computers. Anything.

Wow this is frustrating. Recently I noticed I could no longer deposit checks with the app like I have for as long as I can remember. When I take the the picture of the back of the check the screen shrinks down and the camera does a strange crop to the image or goes sideways. It not take a proper image the second time the camera loads to take a shot, the first shot works great. I've reinstalled the app and I have a common phone the Google Pixel 3. So frustrating, this worked fine before!

The first prompt when registering as a customer is birth date. User is obligated to use a calendar widget which shows one month at a time starting with today's date. Holding down the arrow button does nothing. So that means 12 clicks for every year of age, meaning a 60-year old would have to click the button 720 times. Stupid doesn't even begin to describe the poor design. What a poor way to onboard a new customer. Uninstalling now.

Isn't mobile Banking suppose to make life easier? I wouldn't know because I can't use that feature. the app crashes or takes me back to the log in screen every time. After talking with representatives this issue is still not resolved. They have tried resetting my password and I've uninstalled then reinstalled it and still having the same issue. Going on 2 months of no mobile Banking.

This used to be great then they added the finger print option to log in. App kept closing with that and it never recognized my finger print. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I won't use the finger print to try and sign in again but it asks me every time I log in if I want to set it up. It's annoying to have to come up every time I log in.

I have used this app for a little over a year now. The experience has improved especially with mobile deposits. I used to transfer funds between my accounts with no problem. Then I had to have my 16yr old added to my account. Since she got her own account, but is linked to mine, she can transfer fund amongst her accounts without issue. Mine will fail every time, with no reason given. It tellsme to look at the activity tab, which it is already sitting in, says failed. Update: Fixed after they upd

It's a solid experience once it loads. Therein lies the issue, however. It takes over 10 seconds on a very modern phone (Pixel 4a 5G) from launch to displaying the biometric unlock screen. That would be laughably slow if you weren't too busy being frustrated by it to laugh. It's just inexcusable.

Ever since the last update I have to re-enter my password, even with biometrics turned on. I have "remember me" checked, and have said add to "trusted devices" list every time. While I appreciate the security, if my fingerprint isn't going to work, then remove it as an option.

Easily accessible. I especially love seeing my accounts at a glance and not having to use a password to get into it right away. Transfers go through within seconds and does everything the bank can do which is great because I live out of state.

Before your most recent update, I would've given this app a "5-star" rating. But now I'm frustrated, to say the least. You did away with the quick (pin #) login & the fingerprint secure login function is non-working. There's no where to register a fingerprint in the function itself or in settings. Now I have to use my entire password, each & every time I want to log in. Not user friendly, in my opinion.

Payment process time very slow. It is a convenient app but the very slow payment process time. Hurts the loan payer because we pay interest on everyday. So everyday it takes to process the payment is more of the payment going to interest and not principle. That is not helpful to the customer.

I have been banking with Veridian 20 years. Since i was 17. Its the only bank ive banked at and the one i recommend to people looking for a facility to suit their banking needs. Any time ive had an issue, Veridian has helped me settle it and solve whatever it is. I have never had an issue. I love the app. It is easy to navigate and understand. I love it!
