when it works well, it is great! When the fingerprint sensor does not recognize you after three tries, the authorization is revoked and your profile is deleted. Now comes the fun part. Now you have to try to enroll your phone again and that process appears to be flawed.
The app kept failing to bind my corporate account with my Samsung note 10 - it lost/deleted my account info each time after I closed this app, and I would have to bother ny colleagues to re-enroll again and again. Also if my fingerprint was not recognized for three tines, my info was deleted as well. Trash app indeed and extremely exhausting.
Please get rid of the long start animation (or let users configure it via options) which becomes tedious after you have to wait for it a few times a day. App works with Pixel 2 and Android 10, no problems yet.
the program is tough to get going due to internal security controls. when it works, it is great but it occasionally forgets who you are forcing you to re-enroll as a new user again and again. it's happened twice today alone....
Could be 5 star if.... 1. The login delay was not there, or kept only fraction of a second. 2. The biometric authentication was done the moment app is opened, right now it is done after scanning the qr code.
Works great, but wish they'd lose the splash screen at startup. Needless and annoying.
I'm extremely disappointed in a security app that has completely neglected to update it's software to the newest security API - leaving all new devices stranded!
This app not working as expected with Galaxy S10e. Bybthe time it needs to ask for the biometrics it does not show up the fingerprint request and just gives a blank page.
I use this app quite frequently. It's a whole lot easier to just scan a QR code, rather than keeping and managing passwords.
The application is working extremely well. Thanks to the biometric approach, I can now completely forget about the password concept.

Not even able to download it from playstore. All the other apps are getting downloaded perfectly.
The app keeps locking up which makes it difficult to log into my laptop for work. Not productive
We have to ask for vouch keys every time we have login into the system. Please make improvements as our work gets hampered due to this drawback.

Please write authentication framework with cherry picking. My org allows fingerprint auth only but my device has Face Unlock, so when I allow Fingerprint auth for that account, it tries to unlock using Face Unlock but fails as it expects FP, and asks me to Revalidate Biometric. WhatsApp has FP specific provided even if Face Unlock is available coz they intend to provide only that. Please refer how they achieved it and have cherry pick available per organisation requirement.
