Everything worked well. Scheduled an appointment, which worked great and had less than 2 minutes to wait. First try the app disconnected, so I did the following steps and it worked like a charm. - I had to restart my phone after installation, - also had to deactivate the energy saving for the app - and give the app the permissions to access camera and microphone. - Also deactivated the system optimization which came with my phones stock ROM. - In my WiFi network I gave the phone permission to open Ports (just in case there were some weird ports used for connection) Maybe not all these adjustments are necessary, but after those I had no more issues with the App.

The worst app and service ever. I can't imagine someone is providing such a pathetic service in 21st century. I will never recommend it to anyone. People, don't use it. It will just waste your time. The app does not support either audio or video calls. Their website goes completely blank and you're stuck in a loop. Their server is good for nothing.

Had the call with the agent, everything worked flawlessly, identification was successful. The call quality was totally fine and it just worked.

There is no words to describe how horrible this application is. The call gets disconnected every few seconds. I would have given zero rating but do not have that option here

The camera got forzen several times, the app is a mess, and the operators are rude. one operator threatened of blocking me. ive tried several internet connection and several device's.

This app crashes extremely often, mostly while in calls, furthermore you have to wait like 50 mins to get into a call

Crashes unnecessary, just not the right app. There must have been a big on the app

I couldn't even start a conversation. At my third time, I thought I finally got connected but my call was terminated. I did everything you say and you wasted my time...

Very disappointing, app doesn't work with any network, but support says it is not possible.

The app is not showing you the same appointment time that the bank gave me!! Ofcoarse i have added my ident token

Network UDP couldn't stablished.

I've tried 4 different earpiece but still won't work. First i think there is something wrong with my earpiece, but then i try with other aplications and my earpiece work just fine. I dont know whats wrong with this verify-u but it just ruin my day because i have important legitimation process to do.

The alarm sound couldn't be turned off. Besides that every time I tried, I got a Network error, network connection lost, We have fiber, sitting next to the router, so it's very unstable and simply unreliable.

I was finally able to verify through this app, but I had to set up termin in order to connect with agent. Sound was really low however. Otherwise it was ok.

Unfortunately, this app doesn't work properly in my device. Despite i am using the latest device and changed to other device, it still doesn't work and I have tried 3 different earphone too and still doesn't work. Please tell me what's the problem.

Video call does not work 80% of the time

I didn't get my Ident-Token what's the problem and how to get it

The 1st customer rep I talked to, as part of the validation proces for a trading platform, was/is a complete moron and hung up the line - no doubt about it. I have excellent internet speed 80/50 mbit so this is completely unacceptable. The second customer rep however, managed to complete the validation using government id etc.

Do no install it it isn't working
